含有储能设备的风电场并网运行相关问题研究

【摘要】 为了有效改善风电场并网运行对电力系统的影响,提出了将电池储能系统/静态同步补偿器(BESS/STATCOM)集成单元与风力发电单元相结合构建储能型风电场的想法,建立了基于park变换的BESS/STATCOM集成单元和基于异步发电机风力发电系统的整体动态数学模型,通过理论推导和基于PSCAD仿真平台对不同风速时的风电场的出力及公共连接点(PCC)的电压进行分析研究,结果表明BESS/STATCOM集成单元的快速功率调节能力,使风力发电单元可以作为调度机组单元运行,而且能够显著提高电网的运行稳定性和供电可靠性;基于PSS/E仿真平台分析研究了储能型风电场对接入电网各节点电压和线路传送功率的影响,结果表明大容量储能系统能显著提高风电场穿透功率极限、改善电网合理的功率分布和坚强的电压支撑,保证了电网的正常运行。本文的结论对于推动风力发电在中国特色坚强智能电网建设进程中的大力发展也具有积极的启示和借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 In order to effectively improve the influence of the wind farm incorporation to the power system, unifies BESS/STATCOM unit and wind generator unit. A mathematic model of BESS/STATCOM based on park transform and an asynchronous generator based global dynamic mathematical model for wind power generation system are built. Based on these models, the simulation of active power output of a wind farm and terminal voltage of point of common coupling(PCC) with different wind speed is developed by using PSCAD, the result indicates the BESS/STATCOM unit’s fast power regulation ability, enables the wind power generation unit to be possible to take the dispatch unit, moreover can obviously enhance the electrical network the stability and reliability; Based on the PSS/E platform, analysis the studied stored energy wind farm’s impaction on the network various node voltage and the line transmission power influence, finally indicated the large capacity stored energy system could propose the wind field penetration obviously, improve the electrical network reasonable power distribution and the strong voltage support, guaranteed the electrical network the normal operation. This conclusion also has the positive enlightenment and the model function regarding the impetus wind power generation in the chinese characteristic strong intelligence electrical network construction advancement vigorously development.
