图书馆管理信息系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 图书馆做为文献信息的存储与传递中心,主要工作是对大量信息资源进行存储,保证人们对于不同信息资源的需求。在许多大中型图书馆中,随着信息数量不断增加及读者范围不断扩大,借助计算机自身优势对图书馆信息资源进行自动化管理,最大限度满足读者对于各类信息的需求,已成为现代化图书馆工作的重要内容之一。本文主要研究设计适合我院图书馆实际应用的图书馆管理信息系统,解决原有系统管理效率低,数据错误率高等缺点。在系统设计过程中,系统采用模块化的设计方式,选用C/S与B/S相结合的混合式应用结构形式,将C/S结构的成熟性和B/S结构的先进性较好的融合在一起,以扩展系统的服务层面。并通过引入先进的技术,使系统整体性能得到提高,应用范围相应得到扩大。通过对RFID技术原理及其性能特征的深入研究和思考,结合图书管理工作的特点,提出应用RFID技术实现自动借、还书功能的设计理念,对设计的总体思路和软硬件模型进行构思,并在文中归纳出技术实现的工作流程,阐述各工作阶段使用RFID技术的方法,由此,将RFID技术与管理系统较好的融合在一起,最后,对RFID技术在图书管理领域的应用提出了展望。通过在图书馆管理系统中引入RFID技术,不仅缩短读者排队等待借、还书的时间,而且提高了图书流通率及管理人员工作效率,从而提高图书馆的整体形象,提高了读者的满意度。在其它技术应用方面,本人通过研究和对比,在系统数据库的设计中,选用SQLServer2008做为数据管理的平台,利用它强大的数据管理功能和所提供的高效、智能化服务,以满足系统数据的安全性管理、完整性管理以及作业管理的需求,使系统在数据库管理方面更加灵活,数据安全性得到提高,而且它的使用简化了数据访问的步骤,从而减少了系统开发的时间和成本;另外,为提高服务器与浏览器之间的传输速率,在系统设计中,应用AJAX技术实现异步工作模式,使浏览器的响应时间缩短,实现了浏览页面局部刷新功能,系统交互性有了较大提局。在系统界面的设计中,考虑到服务群体以在校大学生为主,为体现人性化的设计理念,设计开发的网上图书馆部分,界面简单清晰,各层次分明,方便新入校大学生学习使用。在系统功能实现上,实现了流通管理、编目管理、典藏管理、读者管理、网上图书馆等多项功能,系统经过测试运行后,达到了预期设想的功能和要求。
【Abstract】 As the literature information memory and the transmission center, Library’s prime task is to store the massive information resources, and provide people with the different information resources. In many big and small libraries,with the increasing amount of information, as well as the expanding numbers of readers, one of the important tasks for a library is to manage the information resources automatically with the advantages of computer, and to best meet the needs of readers for all types of information.This paper mainly studies the management information system which is suitable for the library of our college, to solve the existing problems such as the low management efficiency and high data error rate. During the design, the system mainly uses a modular design, selects mixed application structure with the combination of C/S and B/S. It makes the maturation of the C/S structure and the advancing of the B/S structure combine well to expand the system’s service scale. By introducing the advanced technology, the performance of the whole system will be improved and the application range will be enlarged.This paper does a deep study of the principle of RFID technology and its characteristics, and combines it with the features of the library management, and proposes the conception of automatic borrow or return books function with the help of RFID technology. This paper designs a model, the workflow and the necessary hardware equipment and explains the method of using RFID in each working step, thus combines the RFID and the management system. Finally, this paper prospects the future of the RFID application in the library management field. With the help of RFID technology, the book return time is shortened and the book circulation efficiency is improved, thus the whole image of the library and the readers’satisfaction are enhanced.Regarding the application of other technologies, SQL Server 2008, as the platform of data management, is helpful to meet the requirement of data security, completeness, and operations need, with its powerful data management function and high-efficient, intelligent service. Therefore, the system becomes more flexible and more secure in the data management. Besides, since access steps are simplified, time and cost of the system development are reduced. In addition, in order to improve the transferring rate between the server and the browser, AJAX technology is applied in an asynchronous mode in the system design. Therefore, the browser’s response time is shortened, and a partial-view-page-refresh function is realized, with the improvement in the system interaction.In the system interface design, considering that the service community is primarily the college students, in order to reflect the humanity idea in design,the online library interface is designed to use simply,to see clear, and at the same time, it has a orderly window. So it provides the newly recruited college students a kind of convenience in their studies. In the new technology’s application aspect, This system, introducing the database cluster, AJAX, data security policies and other technologies, makes database management more flexible, the data security improved, and the system’s interactive enhanced. In the function aspect, the system achieves the following functions:the circulation management, cataloging management, storage management, reader management, and online library, etc. After tested the system achieved the expected functions and requirements.
