电信宽带故障监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在网络日益发展的今天,网络对人们的生活和工作提供了越来越多的便利,同时网络能够提供服务的范围也越来越广。宽带的普及极大地改变了我们的网络生活,使其变得更加丰富多彩。但随之而来的各种故障和问题也使许多初次接触宽带的网友变得一筹莫展。各种层出不穷的故障也加大了电信部门的工作量,宽带运营商为了能够快速、及时、有效的处理各种故障,同时对各种故障的处理能够实现实时监控,提高工作效率,得到客户的满意,决定开发一个软件来帮助电信部门实现以上功能。电信宽带故障监控系统,是一套集故障采集、故障处理监控、故障反馈及决策支持等多重功能于一身的故障监控桌面化信息系统。本期建设内容为全市电信宽带故障监控系统,其中包括了故障信息录入、故障派单处理、回单信息录入、回访信息录入、预警机制等;故障监控模块包括故障情况查询、故障催办处理、责任区查询、工单流程查询等功能;查询统计模块包括:故障处理及时性统计、各环节处理情况统计、人员完成工单及时性统计、故障发生区域分析、故障频发客户分析、人员工单分析、故障同比分析、故障环比分析、二次派单比率分析;基础数据起到的是对系统中用到的一些基本数据进行日常维护的作用。包括区县信息、小区信息、客户信息、故障种类、装维人员、故障原因、号码类型、客户类型、局向信息、用户故障原因等;系统维护包括密码设置、系统锁定、权限设置、预警设置、人员层级维护等。经过几个月的设计与开发,通过与电信部门工作人员的反复交流,基本实现了故障处理、故障监控、查询统计、基础数据、系统维护等五大模块的要求,使电信部门的业务更加灵活与实用。

【Abstract】 Today, the network makes people’s life and work more and more convenient, while the network can provide increasingly broad range of services. The popularity of broadband has greatly changed the life of our network to make it more colorful. However, the ensuing failures and problems to make the initial contact with a number of broadband netizens have become frustrated. A variety of endless failures also increased the workload of the telecommunications sector, broadband operators in order to be able to fast, timely and effective treatment of a variety of failures, while dealing with a variety of failures to achieve real-time monitoring, improve work efficiency, the client’s satisfaction Decided to develop a software to help telecommunications sector to achieve the above functionality.Telecom Broadband fault monitoring system is a set of fault collection, fault process monitoring, fault feedback and decision support functions such as multi-monitor desktop of a failure of information system. Contents of the city’s current construction of telecom broadband fault monitoring system, including fault information input, Failure to send a single treatment, reuse a single information entry, the re-entry of information, early warning mechanisms; Fault monitoring module, including fault condition query, fault reminders processing area of responsibility inquiries, work order process queries, and functions; Query statistics module include:fault handling timeliness of statistics, the processing of various links to statistics, staff statistics and timely completion of work orders, failure occurred regional analysis, fault-prone customer analysis, Who staff a single analysis, fault-year analysis, fault analysis chain, the second to send a single ratio analysis; fundamental data is played by the system used in some of the basic data for the role of routine maintenance. Includes county information, district information, customer information, fault type, installation dimensions personnel, cause of the malfunction, number type, customer type, Board to the information, the user cause of the malfunction, etc.; system maintenance, including password settings, system locking, permissions settings, set up early warning, staff-level maintenance.After several months of design and development of the telecommunications sector staff through repeated exchanges, basically the fault handling, fault monitoring, query statistics, basic data, system maintenance requirements of five major modules, the telecommunications sector’s business is more flexible and Practical.
