【摘要】 在对国内外相关研究文献评述的基础上,深入探索了浙江经济科技协调发展的理论渊源,明确了经济发展度与科技发展度的理论内涵与概念构思。在此基础上采用专家头脑风暴法,依据可操作性、可比性、合理性、系统性等原则提出了包括70个评价指标的浙江经济科技协调发展的理论评价体系。分别采用隶属度分析、相关性分析和鉴别力分析等实证研究方法,对理论遴选的70个评价指标进行了多重实证筛选,从中删除一些隶属度较低且与其它指标相关性较高,鉴别力不大的评价指标,最终建立了浙江经济科技协调发展评价指标体系。采用折半信度与内容效度对浙江经济科技协调发展评价指标体系进行了信度、效度检验。通过运用SPSS for windows 16.0,采用主成分分析方法,对浙江省下属11地市的经济发展度、科技发展度进行了综合评价和横向的比较研究。运用离差分析的原理,在充分的专家调查基础上,构建了浙江横向经济科技协调发展度的测度模型,并对浙江11地市经济科技发展协调度进行了实际测度。采用主成分分析方法,对浙江省1990-2008年的经济发展度、科技发展度、进行了综合评价及纵向的比较研究。运用离差分析的原理,在充分的专家调查基础上,构建了浙江纵向经济科技协调发展度的测度模型,并对浙江1990-2008年的经济科技发展协调度进行了实际测度。在以上研究基础上,采用专家会议法对制约浙江经济科技协调发展的因素进行了深入探讨,对专家的思想与建议进行了总结归纳,提出了促进浙江经济科技协调发展的对策建议,包括：加快经济结构的战略调整,逐年提高R&D投入的总量和强度,加快科技成果的转化和产业化,完善科技创新投资机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study is based on the literature, to explore the theory of the coordinated development of the Zhejiang’s economy and technology, to clear the contents and concepts of the economy development and technology development. Furthermore, with the method of brainstorming, and the principles of operability. comparability、rationality and systematic, the research proposes the theory evaluation index system of the coordinated development of the Zhejiang’s economy and technology, which includes 70 evaluation index.Using the attach analysis、correlation analysis、differential power analysis and other empirical methods, the theory evaluation index system is selected, at the same time, deleting some indexes that do not meet needs. Eventually the evaluation index system of coordinated development of Zhejiang’s economy and technology is established. Split-half reliability and content validity are used to test the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system.Using principal component analysis, the study is carried out a comprehensive evaluation and horizontal compare of the development degree of economy and development degree of technology of Zhejiang’s 11 cities. According to the principle of deviation analysis and the expert survey, the research establishes the horizontal measurement model of coordinated development of economy and technology of Zhejiang’s 11 cities, and then uses it to measure the reality.Using the principal component analysis method, the study is carried out a comprehensive evaluation and longitudinal comparative of the development of the Zhejiang’s economy and technology, from 1990 to 2008. According to the principle of deviation analysis and the expert survey, the longitudinal measurement model of the coordinated development of Zhejiang’s economy and technology was finally constructed, and then the study uses the model to measure the coordination development of Zhejiang’s economy and technology, from 1990 to 2008.On the foundation of the former study, using the Expert Meeting to discuss the restricting factors of the coordinated development of Zhejiang’s economy and technology, through summing up the expert’s thinking and recommendations, the research puts forward some policy proposals to promote the coordinated development of Zhejiang’s economy and technology, which Includes:speed up the strategic adjustment of economic structures, gradually increase the amount and intensity of R&D inputs, speed up technological achievements transformation, improve the technology innovation and investment mechanism.更多还原
