高校毕业生就业影响因素分析

【摘要】 随着高等教育规模的扩大,我国高校毕业生数量进入了一个急剧增加的阶段。大学生就业环境发生了根本变化。大学生就业问题已成为全社会广泛关注的问题。为什么大学生就业难呢?影响高校毕业生就业的因素究竟是哪些?研究探讨淮海工学院毕业生就业问题,寻找就业影响因素,对于加强淮海工学院毕业生教育,促进毕业生就业工作具有十分重要的意义。同时,对于其他地处经济欠发达地区的地方性院校,也具有十分重要的借鉴意义。本研究的主要目的是：找到影响高校毕业生就业的主要因素,建立毕业生就业影响因素模型,并在此模型的基础上探讨影响毕业生就业的主要决定因素。本研究以毕业生就业影响因素测评指标体系为主要研究对象,采用理论研究和实证研究相结合的办法,首先阅读了大量有关高校毕业生就业影响因素的文献,在此基础上归纳出社会、家庭、学校、个体四个方面的主要因素,建立毕业生就业影响因素测评体系模型,以此模型为基础设计调查问卷,然后在淮海工学院2009届毕业生中实际调研,获得调研数据,使用结构方程模型进行数据分析,探寻影响毕业生就业的主要因素。通过本次研究得出：对就业的影响程度是从家庭因素、个体因素、学校因素到社会因素逐渐减弱,其中家庭因素对就业的影响最大。毕业生成功就业的影响大部分表现在家庭因素和个体因素两方面,积极提高个人素质,改变家长观念对成功就业率应该有较大提高。同时,学校因素是成功就业的基础,社会因素影响个体因素,所以这两部分也不能忽视。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the expansion of the scale of higher education, the increase of university graduates in China has entered a phase of rapid growth. The employment environment of university students has undergone a radical change. Therefore, the employment of university graduates has become a major concern of the whole society. Why is it so difficult for a university graduate to find a job? What are the factors that determine the employment of university graduates? It is essential to research and explore the employment problem of the graduates of Huai Hai Institute of Technology and find out the influence factors of employment because it will enhance the education of graduates and improve the employment work of graduates. Meanwhile, it will provide reference for other similar colleges located in underdeveloped areas as well.This study’s main target is to find the major factors that determine the employment of university graduates, build Graduate employment influencing factor model, and discuss the determinant affecting graduate employment main part here on the model basis.This essay takes the factors that determine the employment of university graduates as main object of study. We combined theoretical research and empirical studies. I read a lot of literature about the factors that determine the employment of university graduates,then I designs the investigation questionnaire for Graduates of Huai Hai Institute of Technology. I carry out the investigation and access to research data. I use the structural equation modeling for data analysis,and try to seek the Main factors that determine the employment of university graduates.From this study, I get some solutions, such as from the family factors, individual factors, school factors,social factors, The extent of the impact on employment has gradually diminished over. Family factors on the employment impact of the largest factors. Try to improve Personal qualities and Parents change their concept of employment, The employment rate of success should be improved. At the same time, School factors are the basis of successful employment, Social factors affect the individual factors, Therefore, these two parts can not be ignored.更多还原
