【摘要】 在人类进入21世纪展望未来之时,科学的发展推动了整个人类的进步,科学的发展造福了人类。其中转基因技术的发展更是成为了生命科学的核心,这项技术的出现解决了一些人类目前面临的难题：如,粮食危机,保护濒临灭绝的动物,提高人们的生活质量等。但是,科技具有双重性,由于技术的不确定性在转基因技术带来巨大利益的同时,也带来了一系列的社会问题,生态问题等,因此思考这项技术带来的伦理道德问题,使得它朝着更加有利于整个人类社会进步的方向发展。对此论文主要分为五个部分来阐述：第一个部分,介绍本文研究的背景及意义,并且阐述了国内外的主要研究现状。第二个部分,介绍转基因技术的概况,包括了它的定义、起源、发展的现状,这项技术飞速发展的必然性以及技术的双重性。第三个部分,阐述了转基因技术引发的伦理争议,介绍了相应的法律、法规,并从是否要对转基因食品进行标识来分析这项技术的伦理问题。第四个部分,对转基因技术在应用过程中存在的安全性进行了伦理审视,从农业方面、在动物和医药研究等几个方面。第五个部分,分析了转基因技术在应用中的应遵循的伦理原则,并提出相应的伦理对策。任何一项高科技的发展和应用都伴随着伦理的争论,人们围绕那些有可能带来巨大利益、同时又具有不可预料的巨大风险的尖端技术而展开的争论,将主要不是一种技术上的争论,而更多地是一种伦理、政治和决策方面的争论。转基因技术也不例外,方面,给人类的生产、生活带来积极影响和效应,使得人类高度崇拜这项技术的神圣力量；另一方面,伴随着转基因技术的发展和进步同时也带来了新的伦理问题。只有正视转基因技术在发展和应用过程中的负面性,深刻探究其伦理本质才能使得转基因这项技术更加符合人类和自然界的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of science is promoting the progress of human beings and benefiting them when they enter the 21st century and look forward to the future. One example is the development of transgenic technology. It has become the core of life science. The transgenic technology help solve problems human beings face at present, such as food crisis, the protection of endangered animals and the improving of human’s life quality. However, science and technology have two sides. That is to say, transgenic technology brings great benefits, but in the meanwhile it leads to a series of social and ecological problems. Therefore, considering the ethical and moral issues the technology triggers can help develop the technology in the way it can be more beneficial to the human.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of this study, and the present situations of the topic ant home and abroad. The second part gives a brief introduction to transgenic technology, including its definition, origin and the present situation of it development, and the inevitability of the rapid development of this technology. The third part discusses the ethical issue in the application of the transgenic technology and the corresponding laws and regulations. Especially do the discussions through whether to label genetically modified food. The fourth part analyses the ehtical issues in application of the technology at terms of agriculture, animal and medical research. The fifth part discusses the ethical principles and strategies in the application of transgenic technology, analyze the ethics human should follow in the application of this technology, and puts forwards the ethical solutions.The development and application of any high-tech is accompanied by debates on ethical issues. People debate on the cutting-edge technology which may bring great benefit on one hand, and on the other hand lead to unpredictable enormous risks. The debates are about the ethics, politics and decisions, not the technology itself. The transgenic technology is no exception. On one hand, it has a great positive impact and effect on people’s life and production, which cause people’s worship for the sacred power of this technology. On the other hand, the development of the transgenic technology leads to new ethical issues. Therefore, only we face the negative effects in developing and applying the transgenic technology, and deeply explore its nature ethically can the transgenic technology confirm to the sustainable development of human and nature.更多还原
