江苏省电力公司资金集中支付研究

【摘要】 资金是企业发展的“血液”,是维系企业生存发展的重要保证。随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的发展,我国的企业集团得到了迅速的发展,但在资金管理上难点问题也不断凸显。企业内外环境的复杂多变,集团化企业业务的多样性、地域的差异性、组织结构和产权的复杂性,都使得资金流动变得难以准确预测和控制。因此,集团化企业如何建立一整套资金集中管理体系,充分利用集团整体资金优势,加强资金安全,提高资金利用效率成为企业财务管理中一项重要的议题。资金集中支付作为资金集中管理中重要的一环,很值得我们认真研究。本文首先论述了资金集中管理中的组织模式和应用模式,然后对江苏省电力公司资金管理进行SWOT分析,总结出其优势、劣势、机会和面临的威胁。在归纳介绍了江苏省电力公司目前资金集中管理主要内容和成效的基础上,提出了进一步提高资金集中支付的思路和实施方案,并对实施后的成效和实施中应注意的事项进行了预计。更多还原

【Abstract】 Funds is the "blood" for enterprise to maintain and an important guarantee for the survival and development of a company. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and socialist market economy, China’s enterprise groups have been developed rapidly, but difficult problems in fund management have also been highlighted. Capital flows have made it difficult to accurately predict and control for the complex and changing business environment, enterprise business group diversity, geographical diversity, structure and complexity of property rights, Therefore, the group enterprise funds to establish a set of centralized management system, full use of the overall financial advantage of the Group, strengthen financial security, improve the efficiency of capital into the financial management of enterprises is an important issue. Of the centralized payment as the centralized management of funds in the important part, it is worth our careful study.This paper is focus on discussing the organization of the centralized management mode and application mode, then capital of Jiangsu Provincial Power Company management SWOT analysis summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In sum, introduced Jiangsu Electric Power Company currently funds the main content and the effectiveness of centralized management based on the proposed further increase of the centralized payment of the ideas and implementation plans, and post-implementation effectiveness and implementation issues to be aware of the expected.更多还原
