金属(铜、铈、铝)氧化物固溶体的制备、负载与性能研究

【摘要】 Ce-Cu复合物由于它在环境保护方面的应用,近年来备受关注。本文采用草酸、氢氧化钠和氨水作共沉淀剂,以共沉淀法制备Ce-Cu复合物,在此基础上,我们研究铝元素的加入对催化剂结构的影响。将得到的催化剂样品,进行负载,考察催化剂的催化性能。实验结果表明:通过共沉淀法,以草酸、氢氧化钠和氨水为共沉淀剂所制备的Ce-Cu体系催化剂,是固熔体;当有铝加入时,不但提高了催化剂的分散性,形貌改变,还生成了Cu-Ce-Al-O固溶体。由于铜、铈、铝三种元素的沉淀有不同的pH值,因而在pH值的调节方面应特别注意。以活性氧化铝为载体,沉淀-涂覆法为负载方式,采用铝元素对Ce-Cu-O固溶体催化剂修饰,发现在新产生的固溶体结构中其催化效率提高了6%以上。
【Abstract】 Ce-Cu-O solid solution catalysts have attracted much attention because of its application in environmen-protection in recent years. In this paper, we use oxalic acid, sodium hydroxide and ammonia as precipitation agent to prepare Ce-Cu-O solid solution catalysts; then we study the influence on structure with the incorporation of aluminum; Finally, we support them to study the catalytic performance. The results illustrate that:by co-precipitation method, the samples we prepared are solid solutions. When sodium hydroxide and ammonia are used as co-precipitation agent, the solid solution is hard to form. While there is aluminum added, not only the dispersion of the sample is improved, but also another new Cu-Ce-Al-O solid solutions are formed. As the Ce,Cu, Al element have different pH values, special attention should be paid to this process. With activated Al2O3 as the carrier, precipitation-coating method, the modification of aluminum, the catalytic efficiency of new-structure solid solution catalyst has improved more than 6%.
