应用于石油化工生产装置的便携式监控仪的研究与开发

Research and Design on Portable Monitoring Device for Petrochemical Production Process

【摘要】 本文从软、硬件方面分别设计与开发了一台适用于石油化工生产过程的便携式监控仪,对其生产过程的监控提出一种新的解决方案。监控仪硬件的实现过程,包括硬件的设计与选型,以及集成整合的设计与实施。对组成本监控仪的每一个部件和它们所实现的功能都进行了详细的描述,通过合理的布局设计将硬件集成到监控壳体中,同时考虑到外部接口与抗震、散热等情况。软件部分具体实现步骤,包括了数据库、接口以及应用程序的开发。其中,数据库是本监控仪的核心内容,本课题选用PI数据库系统作为监控仪的核心数据库,在此基础上,开发适合其的接口与监控软件。最后,依次完成软件部分的整合。本监控仪在使用时,将该故障诊断仪通过以太网接口接入石油化工生产装置的DCS系统,或通过外挂式多路AD/DA数采器直接接入现场信号仪表柜。监控仪体积小、重量轻、便于携带,解决了故障诊断技术向实际工业现场应用的瓶颈问题,尤其对于配备DCS系统或PLC或智能仪表的石油化工生产装置,具有网线一插即可的优点,使用非常方便。经过Aspen Dynamic模拟生产流程来检验本监控仪的实际效果,通过测试可以看出,监控仪能顺利与主机相连进行数据交互,实时反映生产过程的运行状态,同时,当关键参数发生变化时,能出现即时报警。安装上故障诊断软件后通过分析数据库中数据能够显示诊断结果,以供技术人员或者操作员参考。监控仪能基本实现了先前设计的功能。

【Abstract】 In this paper, hardware and software design and development of the respective one of the petrochemical production process applied to a portable Monitoring and Control device, the monitoring of their production process presents a new solution. Monitor the hardware implementation process, including hardware design and selection, as well as integrated design and implementation of integration. On the composition of the monitor in each component and their functions are achieved by a detailed description of the layout through the rational design of the hardware integrated into the monitoring of the shell, taking into account the external interface, and earthquake-resistant, heat dissipation and so on. Finally, the turn to complete the software part of the integration.The Monitor, when used, the fault diagnosis instrument access through an Ethernet interface, petrochemical production plants DCS system, or via a plug-type multi-channel AD / DA data acquisition device direct access to on-site signal meter cabinet. Monitor small size, light weight, easy to carry, to solve the fault diagnosis technology to actual industrial field application bottlenecks, especially for systems with DCS or PLC or smart meter petrochemical production facilities, with a network cable can plug the advantages of a to use very convenient.After Aspen Dynamic simulation of the production process to test the practical effect of this Monitor, through testing can see that the Monitor can be successfully interact with the host connected to the data, real-time to reflect the production process running at the same time, when the key parameters change, the ability to achieve real-time alarm. Troubleshooting software installed by analyzing the data in the database can display diagnostic results, for technical staff or operators for reference. Monitor can be basically achieved the previous design features.
