eMTM在电子商务中的技术研究与实现

【摘要】 eMTM(Electronic Made to Measure)利用现代三维人体扫描技术、计算机技术和网络技术将服装生产中的人体建模、体型分析、人体测量、服装设计、款式选择、服装定购、服装生产等各个环节有机地结合起来,实现高效快捷的数字化服装生产。它已成为国内外学术界、企业界研究的焦点和热点。三维数字服装的生成是eMTM的关键,只有真正实现服装的个性化量身定制,才能满足顾客对服装合体性要求。本文针对eMTM在电子商务中的应用技术展开研究,主要包括三维数字服装的生成和网络环境下的展示两部分。首先,通过采用三维扫描仪扫描获得的数据,模拟出与真实人体相似的个性化三维数字人体,对其进行相关处理后,获得制作三维数字服装所需要的关键数据,生成三维数字服装。然后,将三维数字服装通过网络发布在eMTM电子商务平台上进行展示,消费者和生产者可以通过电子商务平台获取各方所需要的信息完成相关交易。在三维数字服装的生成过程中,论文提出了应用服装原型法生成三维数字服装的方法,通过分析和处理数字人体体型,提取出制作服装部件各款式所需要的数据,形成服装部件库,消费者可以选择喜欢的款式,系统自动组装成三维数字服装,以满足消费者个性化的要求。本文着重研究并解决了以下问题:1.对现有电子商务模式及服装网络销售进行了分析,设计出eMTM电子商务系统的架构与应用流程,详细介绍了各模块的功能,初步实现了三维数字服装的网络展示,为eMTM的网络化实现奠定了基础;2.在三维数字服装设计过程中,提出了在原有原型服装的基础上对三维数字服装生成采用模块化设计方法,实现了同类服装部件的互换使用,提高各部件的重用性,并进一步研究了空隙量模型对三维数字服装以及人体舒适度的影响,并以此制作出服装款式;3.在三维数字服装部件的衣领设计过程中,提出采用在基础领围线的基础上利用关键尺寸进行各式衣领的设计方法,制作生成了立领、平领等衣领样式。

【Abstract】 eMTM (Electronic Made to Measure) uses modern 3D digital body scanning technology, computer technology and network technology in the human body modeling, body analysis, body measurements, fashion design, style choices, apparel order, garment production and other aspects of garment production to achieve garment production in high speed and effectively. It has become a research focus and hot spots of domestic and international academic, business.The production of 3D digital garment is a key technology in eMTM . Only indeed realizing the personalized apparel tailored will meet customer’s requirements. In the thesis, the application technology of electronic commerce based on eMTM is researched. It includes two parts: one is generation of 3D digital garments, and the other one is showing the garments on internet. First of all, data obtained by 3D scanner simulates personalized 3D digital human body. After associated treatment, extracted critical data generate 3D digital garment. Then, 3D digital garment is published on eMTM e-commerce platform. Customers and companies can access to relevant information and finish business deal.In the 3D digital garment generation process, the paper presents the method of 3D digital garment generation applying apparel prototype method. By analyzing and processing of digital human body, the data is extracted to produce various garment components. A garment components library is formed. Consumers can select their favorite style. The system automatically assembles into 3D digital garment in order to meet the individual demands of consumers.This article focuses on research and resolves the following issues:1. On the existing of e-business models and clothing sales network is analyzed; e-commerce system architecture and application processes on eMTM are designed. The function of each module is described in detail. Displaying 3D digital garment on the net is achieved preliminarily. The foundation is laid for the realization of eMTM network.2. In 3D digital garment designing, 3D digital apparel modular method based on the garment prototype is proposed to generate clothes. The method can exchange the same type of garment components to enhance the reusability of components. The thesis further studies the impact of gap model to the 3D digital garment and human comfort, and creates garment component based on gap model.3. In the collar as one of the 3D digital garment components designing, the method applying the key sizes based on basic Collar Line to design collars is proposed. We produce some collar components such as stand-collar, flat-collar and so on.
