我国航空公司航材周转件计划与库存管理研究

【摘要】 随着我国民航业的快速发展,航材在飞行保障中起着更加重要的作用,其中航材周转件在航材库存中占用着75%的库存资金。合理的备件库存服务水平,对保证航班正常运行,乃至飞行安全都是非常重要的。本文阐述了我国航空公司航材备件管理的现状,对航材库存管理存在的主要问题进行了分析,并阐述本文的工作重点及研究目的。在传统的ABC分类法的基础上,提出了改进的备件分类方法——航材3A库存模型,突出重要性等级高的航材,提高库存航材保障率。然后针对航材中占75%库存资金的周转件,按其不同的使用特点、消耗规律和寿命分布建立相应的需求预测模型,以更加符合航材运行规律的方法预测航材周转件的需求量,确定周转件合理的备件数量。本文最后提出运用有效的周转件计划和采用横向联合库存模式对航空公司的周转件进行库存控制的措施。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the civil aviation of China, air materials play a more important role for the flight safety. 75% storage financing of air materials are repairable spares parts. So reasonable inventory and reliable service of spare parts is very important for schedule flight operation as well as the flight safety.This thesis mainly introduces the current situation of spare parts inventory management in Chinese airlines. It digs out the issues about spare parts inventory management. It elaborates the focal points of this thesis and the objective of this study.At the basis of ABC classification, it promotes an improved air material classification-air material 3A inventory model. It stands out the important air material with the important level and advances the material service level. Secondly, The different demand forecasting models of repairable spare parts are applied to decide the amount of storage of repairable spare parts according to those different features, demand and lifetime distribute. Finally, it provide inventory controls and measures in virtue of the effective repairable spare parts planning and landscape orientation Jointly Management Inventory to manage repairable spare parts of Chinese airlines.
