【摘要】 具有代表当前集成化企业管理系统的思想理论——企业资源计划(ERP-EnterriseResources Planning)系统,更具有面向市场、面向经营等决定企业命运的要素。完善地实施ERP系统,能够更加科学、实时地统筹企业的各种资源,行之有效地运用和调配企业资源,使企业能够高效、有序地运营,不仅能够提高企业管理效率,而且可以增强企业对市场的反应能力。本论文采用理论联系实际研究方法,以BD研究所为研究对象,在详细介绍ERP系统的概念、发展、实施过程、功能模块以及国内外的应用状况的基础上,综合介绍和分析了案例企业BD研究所的内外环境,并着重对该研究所ERP系统的实施运用情况进行了比较系统的分析。通过对前期实施经验的总结,分析了该研究所在实施和运用此信息系统中所存在的问题。根据该研究所环境的新变化和业务的新发展以及信息技术的不断发展更新等具体情况,给出了BD研究所ERP系统改进的具体技术方案和实施保障措施。最后,总结全文,指出了ERP系统的实施是一个连续不断的进程,即使在ERP系统正式运行起来,也要保持有足够的灵活性,使得研究所在面对新的机遇与挑战时,ERP系统可以迅速地支持研究所将新的设想付诸于行动。本论文研究的是BD研究所ERP系统的改进方案及实施保障措施,由于经营模式和面临的问题在行业内具有一定普遍性,对行业内企业也具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 ERP- Enterprise Resources Planning System represented the theory of modern integrated enterprise management system. It was geared further to market, management and other elements that decided the fate of the enterprise. ERP System were implemented completely, market reaction capacity of enterprise would be increased. ERP System emphasized broad sense supply chain (outside supply insurance and inside manufacturer process of enterprise)of and business flow; programmed each resource of enterprise scenically and real-timely ; used the resource of the enterprise efficiently and made the enterprise flow operated fast, orderly, and effectively.The thesis base on BD Institute, join theorical research and practical application together. first of all,This thesis introduced the conception of ERP system,origin and development,implementation course,function modules and the applied situation of ERP system both domestic and abroad,then the paper studied and analyze both inner and outside environment of BD Institute, and have wholly analyze the implementation and usage of in formation system, and have found problems that exist inside of the system. the author gives the specific improved scheme and its safeguard measure of the system updating and restructure. Finally,a brief summary is given and the author pointed out that tile implementation of ERP system is a continuously process,it is necessary to ensure enough flexibility after implementation.This thesis is studied the improved scheme and safeguard measure of BD Institute’s ERP system. Have certain universality in the trade because of the management mode of the BD Institute and problem faced,so,the planning research of the BD Institute’s ERP system,have certain reference meanings for counterpart’s enterprise.更多还原
