【摘要】 中学生法律素质不仅是公民法律素质的重要组成部分,而且是中学生个体素质的重要组成部分。中学生是国家未来的建设者和接班人,对中学生法律素质的研究拓展了素质教育的内容,具有重要的理论意义。提高中学生法律素质有效途径的研究对建设法制国家、完善市场经济、创建和谐社会、预防青少年犯罪、促进中学生全面发展均有重要的现实意义。本文主要包括四个部分内容:第一部分以素质教育为理论基础,以十七大的讲话为理论指导,从剖析法律素质的内涵入手,通过抽样的实证调研分析了中学生法律素质的现状,调查结果显示中学生法律素质的整体水平有所提高,但仍存在一些问题,主要表现为:法律知识相对匮乏、法律意识比较淡薄、用法能力较为缺乏、学法氛围不够浓厚等方面;第二部分从内外因素和空间因素上分析了影响中学生法律素质的主要原因;第三部分在此基础上阐述了从管理方法、学校管理、家庭教育、社会影响以及客观评价五个方面,提出了提高中学生法律素质的有效途径;第四部分是对客观评价对策的拓展,通过设计中学生法律素质的评价方案,力求以具体的方式,有针对性、时效性和可行性地解决中学生法制教育工作中的一些实际问题。目前,对于中学生法律素质的研究停留于理论层面,缺乏对于在实际生活中如何提高中学生法律素质的有效对策的研究。本文通过对于全市中学的抽样调查,在原有的基础上提出了五个方面的有效对策,并运用评价的理论知识设计出一个可以评价中学生法律素质的评价指标,这是本文的独创性所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Law quality of secondary school students is not only an important component of citizens’law quality but also a crucial part of individual quality of secondary school students. Secondary school students are the country’s future builders and successors, so it is of important theoretical significance to expand the quality of education on the research of secondary school students’law quality. The research on the effective way of improving the quality of secondary school students has important practical significance in building the rule of law, improving the market economy, the creation of a harmonious society, the prevention of juvenile delinquency, and promote all-round development of students.This article includes four parts: The first part is based theoretically education quality, guided theoretically by the speech of 17th People’s Congress Start from the analysis of the content of the legal quality, through a sample survey of the empirical to analyze the quality of the legal status of secondary school students. The results showed that the overall level of the law students’law quality has increased, but there are still some questions, mainly as follows : the relative lack of legal knowledge, relatively weak legal awareness, a lack of ability of usage, not strong enough atmosphere for a law study and so on; the second part analyzes the main factors affecting the law quality of secondary school students from the internal and external aspects; The third part is set out from this and states management method, school management, family education, social impact, as well as objective evaluation. These five proposed ways are very effective in improving the quality of secondary school students; the fourth part is the expansion of the objective evaluation strategy. Through the design of the evaluation of the law quality of the secondary school students, we can tackle a number of practical issues in the legal education with the legal options for the way to specific, targeted, time-sensitive solution and the feasibility.At present, the study of law quality of secondary school students stay in the theoretical level, we lack the research on the effective way of how to improve the law quality of secondary school students in real life. In this paper, for a sample of the city’s middle school, on the basis of the original conclusion I purpose five aspects of effective countermeasures, and design a rating system which can evaluate secondary school students’law quality with theoretical knowledge of evaluation, which is the originality of this article.更多还原
