基于WinCE的工业设备远程监控系统的研究及设计

【摘要】 远程监控工业设备,不仅可以实现对现场运行数据的实时采集,获得现场监控数据,进行远程故障诊断技术,而且可以使技术人员无须亲临现场,特别是环境很恶劣的情况就可以监视并控制生产系统和现场设备的运行状态及各种参数,从而减少值守工作人员,最终实现对远端系统的无人或少人监控,达到减员增效的目的。目前的监控跟踪系统一般是采用运动目标的检测和跟踪,但是这种跟踪只能在简单情况下适用,如果环境复杂了,这些算法难以实现对形状变化较大的非刚体目标进行跟踪。现在通过使用GPS卫星定位技术,结合GPRS/CDMA移动通讯技术而开发出的车辆监控系统有很多成功案例,但是使用这类技术实现对远程无人值守的工业设备的监控和防盗,国内目前几乎没有。本论文在研究GPS定位技术、GPRS通信技术以及WinCE操作系统的基础上,设计了一种新的基于嵌入式技术、GPS定位技术和GPRS通信技术的工业设备远程监控系统的解决方案。系统平台采用VSX-6154昭营嵌入式PC/104单板,内置WinCE操作系统,通过其丰富的外设接口连接GSU-36AF GPS模块、MC55GPRS模块和USB摄像头。通过对摄像头拍摄的图像序列自动进行运动检测,一旦发现被监测的设备在一定范围内有运动,立即触动GPS模块,GPS模块将接收到的定位信息后通过串口发送到系统的主控模块,经主控模块处理后的定位信息通过GPRS网络传送到监控中心,同时GPRS模块发出报警信号通知监视人员采取及时有效的处理。这可以在很大程度上减轻监视人员的负担,实现无人监视。当检测到被监测设备有运动时采用GPS跟踪技术进行实时跟踪。这种用GPS跟踪技术代替目标跟踪算法的设计,降低了运动检测的复杂性,而且使得跟踪效果更为显著。最后经过测试使用,达到了视频监控的要求,并且效果良好。

【Abstract】 Remote monitoring the industrial equipments can not only collect the real-time data of the equipments to for monitoring on-site data or remote diagnosis,but also enables technicians get the state and parameters of the devices without visiting the site,which reduce the number of staff realizing unattended or few people monitored system. The current monitoring tracking system generally adopted moving target detection and tracking algorithm, which can only be applied in simple cases. When the environment is complex, these algorithms are difficult to detection the non-rigid objects whose shapes changed dramatically. Now the use of GPS location technology combined with GPRS/CDMA mobile communication technology on vehicle monitoring system is successful in many cases,but the use of such technology for remote unattended monitori and anti-theft system of industrial equipment have very little domestic research.In this paper, author design an industrial equipment remote monitoring solution which combines embedded technology,GPS location technology and GPRS wireless communication technology.. The system platform is ICOP VSX-6154 which uses an embedded PC/104 single board and built-in WinCE operating system. It link GSU-36AF GPS module, MC55 GPRS modules and USB camera through its rich peripheral interface. Once the monitoring device was found moved through motion detection the camera captured image sequence, the system trigger GPS module immediately, then GPS module will send position information through the serial port to the main control module of the system.The position information which processed by the control module transmit to the monitoring center through the GPRS network,GPRS module send alarm signal to inform surveillance personnel so as to take timely and effective action. This can reduce monitors personnel’s burden to a great extent and realizes unattended system. When the monitored equipment was detected moved,we uses the GPS information to carry on the real-time track This GPS tracking technology replaced target tracking algorithm reduces the complexity of motion detection and makes the tracking effect more remarkably. Finally System has been tested to achieve good results which meet the requirements of remote monitoring.
