客车轻便换档自学习系统研究及开发
Study and Development on Self-Study of Electronic Pneumatics Shift System of Bus

【摘要】 随着社会的进步和生活水平的逐渐提高,汽车工业得以长足发展,人们对车辆的功能和性能提出了更高的要求。在这种情况下,客车轻便换档(EPS)系统应运而生,EPS系统是将手动换档改为电控气动轻便换档,并以电子控制单元为核心,通过气动执行机构完成预定选换档操作,实现客车换档的轻便化。随着EPS系统广泛安装应用于不同客车变速箱时,由于不同变速箱同步器型号和参数的不同,造成同步时间过长或产生同步冲击,增加了滑摩时间或造成换挡冲击,从而影响换挡性能。在借鉴国内外多年的研究经验,参考各种方案,结合我国的实际情况下,开发出了具有良好性能价格比的客车轻便换档自学习系统。系统在原有EPS系统上进行改造,以原有操纵机构和执行机构为基础,在系统硬件控制上增加了相关硬件,进行了硬件设计,在文中所述逐步逼近式自学习控制方法基础上以C51语言进行相应的软件编程,实现了EPS系统的自学习控制。本文首先对汽车工业的发展历史、现状及发展趋势进行了介绍,其后阐述了客车轻便换挡(EPS)系统的结构组成和工作原理,介绍了客车的换档过程。文章针对(EPS)系统的适应性问题,通过在对传统几种控制方法研究的基础上,提出了一种寻求最佳换挡力的在线、实时自学习方法,之后阐述了系统实现自学习的总体方案设计,并详细阐述了相应硬件电路设计,同时进行了系统软件流程的设计。最后对设计的硬件电路和系统软件进行了调试,确定系统能够正常运行。
【Abstract】 With the development of modern society and the improvement of living standards, the automobile industry has been developed fleetly, and people demand more about the functions and capabilities of vehicles. In this case, EPS system has been developed. The system takes the ECU as the control kernel and utilizes the method of the Electronic Pneumatic Shift to complete the prospective shift operation. With the EPS system is widely applied to different bus transmission, as different synchronizers of transmission have different models and parameters causing synchronization time is too long or have synchronized shocks, and the result of these phenomenon is the increase of sliding friction time or shift shock, thus affecting the performance of shift. Using the research experience for reference in home and abroad, and according to our national actual situation, we developed the Self Control Electronic Pneumatic Shift System which has a good cost performance ratio.Based on the original EPS system, the system is redesigned and is replaced by the Self-Study electronic transmission. The new system is based on the original control and executing agencies, new hardware is added to the hardware control system, in this article C51 corresponding software is developed for the self-study control system based on the Phase approximation, and made the control system achieved self-study.This thesis introduces the history, current situation and developing trend of the auto industry, then the blue print of whole system with the structural design of the control and work principle expounded then shift processes are discussed in details. Aiming at the adaptability of the EPS system and based on the study of several traditional control methods, an on-line, real-time self-study control system was put forward, then the blue print of whole system with the structural design of the control was expounded and also its hardware circuit design and the frame of the communication protocol was expound. Finally the hardware and software are tested to make sure the whole system can work smoothly.
