混合轮系概念设计的能量特征状态方法

【摘要】 本文基于特征状态特征空间方法以能量方程建立混合轮系的能量特征模型,建立基于基本单元的能量方程研究轮系数学建模、能量分析和概念方案综合的理论和方法体系。首先建立研究回转机构的能量特征向量,并基于能量向量研究混合轮系运动和动力两个方面,分别得到混合轮系的运动方程和转矩方程。并基于运动方程和转矩方程建立混合轮系的能量状态方程,实现混合轮系的能量特征建模。定义轮系基本单元,基于混合轮系特征模型实现常见基本单元能量特征建模,建立基本单元库。研究归纳混合轮系中的单元间构件的连接方式,不同运动形式构件间的连接情况及连接过程单元自由度以及组成的新轮系的自由度变化。以能量特征传递方程实现单元连接组合的能量特征建模,以两个单元单构件能量传递方程为基础,建立广义能量传递方程。探讨单元间的串、并联等基本组合形式,以能量特征方程和能量传递方程建立单元基本组合形式的能量特征模型。并研究以单元非连架构件连接的复合组合形式,通过基本能量模型附加约束方程实现其能量特征建模。从而实现单元串、并、混联的单元组合的能量特征建模,从而建立基于基本单元能量特征模型的混合轮系分析方法。提出基于单元组综合混合概念方案的方法。首先定义单元组,根据混合轮系概念方案的不同生成方式将混合轮系分为一般轮系和复杂轮系两类。并基于系统结构向量实现单元组建模,建立基于系统结构向量的单元组混合轮系方案求解的数学模型。通过系统结构向量映射出系统连接矩阵和系统特征矩阵,进一步得出混合轮系分析算法一般格式。本文提出的混合轮系特征状态空间理论方法开辟了基于轮系单元的能量特征模型研究混合轮系能量分析和综合的新途径。
【Abstract】 A new methodology for modeling of compound gear trains using energy equations is established, by which the method of modeling of gear trains, power flow analysis and conceptual design is proposed, based on Characteristic State Space Theory.Energy vectors of which there are two items referring to kinematics and kinetics respectively are established for modeling of rotatory links of gear trains. Kinematics equations and kinetics equations of gear trains are developed based on the energy vectors. Using energy equations the characteristic equations are established, which are the energy characteristic model of gear trains.Basic units of gear trains are defined, modeled using characteristic equations and stocked in the basic unit database. Based on the research of unit connecting the different patterns of links in units and the variation of degree of freedom in the combination of units are compiled. Energy transfer equations are established for energetically modeling the combination of units. From the energy transfer equations of the combination of two units the general Energy transfer equations are derived.Basic combination patterns such as combining in serial and in parallel are studied of which the energy models are the coalescence of characteristic equations and energy transfer equations. Then compound combination patterns are studied of which the energy models are the energy equations and additional equations. With the equations the modeling of the serial, parallel and hybrid combination of units is complemented, and the energy analysis method of gear train is developed.Conceptual design method of gear trains basted on unit groups is presented. With the definition of unit group, gear trains are classified into two distinct types: ordinary gear trains and complex gear trains, according to the different forming types. Structure vectors are defined and the mathematic model of the synthesis of gear trains is presented basted on gear structure vectors. Using the structure vector system connection matrix is mapped and unit characteristic matrix is mapped into system characteristic matrix. The equations to solve based on the matrices is achieved.
