【摘要】 随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,高等教育由精英教育进入了大众化教育,毕业生数量不断加大,年毕业生由过去的几十万到现在的几百万,大学生就业面临着严峻的形势和巨大的压力,就业诚信问题显得更为突出了。因此,加强大学生就业诚信教育不仅是高等教育的本质和市场经济的本质昭示,而且是当前我国大学生就业诚信的严重缺失的必然要求。对武汉地区部属高校就业诚信教育的相关问题展开论述和分析,探讨如何加强大学生就业诚信教育显的尤为重要且意义重大。一方面大学生就业有了很大的灵活性和自主性;另一方面大学生在就业过程中碰到的困难和面临的压力日益突出,尤其是在高校招生规模不断扩大的形势下,大学生就业显得越来越严峻。面对严峻的就业形势,并受社会经济领域中信用危机的影响,大学生的品格和信念也开始受到侵蚀,在就业过程中不守信用、不重承诺的现象时有发生。所以,提高大学生的诚信意识,防止并纠正大学生在就业过程中的失信行为,已成为一项重要而紧迫的课题。本研究采用调查问卷方法研究了大学生就业影响因素,在深入界定诚信内涵的基础上,分析武汉地区部属高校毕业生在就业诚信方面存在的诸多问题和影响因素,以及在大学生诚信制度建设方面存在的问题和原因,进一步研究在大学生诚信制度建设中需要遵循的基本原则,设计大学生诚信制度的主要内容框架,探索推进大学生诚信制度建设的基本手段。全面分析了大学生就业中存在的诚信问题,为构建大学生就业诚信系统提供了必要的理论基础和经验数据支撑。同时从理论和实践的角度对武汉地区部属高校大学生就业问题进行系统的探讨,对大学生就业诚信缺失背后的深层次原因进行分析,从而寻求切实有效的措施,提出提升高校毕业生就业能力和就业质量的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of the higher education reform, Chinese higher education has changed from elite education to mass education. The number of graduates continuously increases. And the number of annual graduates has increased from several hundred thousand in the past to several million. Consequently, university graduates are facing a grave situation of employment and are under great pressure. Under this circumstance, the problem of employment integrity becomes more prominent. For this reason, to enhance the education of employment integrity to university students is not only the requirement of the nature of higher education and the nature of market economy, but also the requirement of the current situation that university students lack of employment integrity. Hence, it is of great magnificence to elaborate and analyze education of employment integrity in universities directly affiliated to Ministry of Education in Wuhan, and explore ways to strengthen the education of employment integrity.On the one hand, university students get much more flexibility and autonomy in employment; on the other hand, they encounter more difficulties and face more pressure in the course of employment. With expansion of enrollment of universities, the employment situation for university graduates is becoming more severe. Facing the severe employment situation, influenced by the credit crisis in socio-economic field, the character and beliefs of university students have been affected, and phenomenon of breaking one’s promise is often found. Therefore, to improve awareness of integrity of university students to prevent and correct behavior of making empty promises in employment has become an important and urgent subject.This study uses the method of questionnaire to investigate the factors that influences employment of university students. On the basis of defining the meaning of integrity, this paper analyzes problems and influencing factors existing in employment integrity of graduates of universities directly affiliated to the Ministry of Education in Wuhan. Meanwhile, problems and influencing factors in integrity regulation building are elaborated. Further studies on the basic principles, the frame of main content of integrity regulation building, and the basic devices to promote the construction of integrity regulation are carried out. A comprehensive analysis of the integrity problem in employment of university students provided the necessary theoretical basis and empirical data to the construction of employment integrity system for university students. At the same time, this paper systematically explores the problems in employment of graduates of universities directly affiliated to the Ministry of Education in Wuhan from theoretical and practical perspectives, analyzes the deep reason of the lack of employment integrity of university students in order to find practical and effective measures to enhance the ability and quality of employment of university graduates.更多还原
