免振捣贫混凝土性能及配合比设计方法研究

【摘要】 贫混凝土是继水泥稳定碎石、二灰碎石之后出现的又一种更为优质的基层材料,它具有更高的承载力、优良的抗冲刷性能和耐久性能,因此具有很大的发展潜力。为了便于施工及推广应用,本文对贫混凝土基层材料的成型方法进行了探讨,提出了一种新型的刚性基层室内成型方法——免振捣成型,对其各项性能进行了深入的研究,并希望通过对此研究,提出免振碾贫混凝土基层的施工工艺。通过对免振捣贫混凝土的强度特性和应力—应变特性等力学性质进行研究,得出其强度随龄期的发展、不同强度间的关系以及模量与强度的关系;同时,通过试验和机理分析表明免振捣贫混凝土具有优良的干缩、抗冲刷、抗冻等技术特性,具有比半刚性基层材料更加优良的抗疲劳性能。通过分析,采用维勃稠度来评价免振捣贫混凝土的工作性,提出了贫混凝土配合比设计的指标与标准,并在此基础上进行了免振捣贫混凝土的配合比设计方法研究。

【Abstract】 Lean concrete is one kinds of better base course material after that of cement-stabilized crushed stones or lime fly-ash stabilized crushed stone which come forth after the Lean concrete. It has higher supporting capacity、better Anti-erosion property and durability , so it has a good developing foreground.For better constructing and widely using, the molding methods of lean concrete are discussed in this paper, and a new indoor molding method- Non-vibration molding is put forward, and many performance of the lean concrete are further researched. Then, constructing about lean concrete base want putting forward by this study.The mechanical properties of strength and stress-strain of lean concrete are researched, and the strength development with time, relationships between different strength and modulus and strength etc. are drawn. Simultaneity, the properties of dry shrinkage, anti-erosion and frost resistance are proved to be fine by tests and mechanism analysis. It is also proved that lean concrete has better fatigue feature than semi-rigid materials, and two fatigue equations are put forward for this concrete.By analysis, workability of lean concrete with non-vibration molding can be estimated with vebe consistometer. Some standards about mix design of lean concrete are put forward, and then mix design method of lean concrete with non-vibration molding is researched which bases on this standards.
