不同疫苗和接种方式对雏鸡免疫应激反应的研究

【摘要】 本试验采用不同疫苗同种接种方式和同种疫苗不同种接种方式对2周龄雏鸡免疫的方法建立实验性免疫应激模型,探讨应激状态下,采食量、免疫器官、细胞免疫功能受到的影响。将800只2周龄海兰褐雏鸡随机分成5组,每组设8个重复,每个重复20只鸡。其中,第Ⅰ组为对照组,不进行任何免疫。第Ⅱ组滴鼻接种雏可宁。第Ⅲ组点眼接种新必安,第Ⅳ组滴鼻接种新必安,第Ⅴ组肌内注射接种新必安。分别于免疫后1、3、5、10、15、21d从对照组与试验组鸡群中随机抽样,每个重复分别抽取2只鸡进行各项规定指标的检测。结果: (1)免疫应激对雏鸡采食量有一定的影响。各种应激均能够不同程度地影响动物的采食量,而采食量的高低直接影响动物的生产性能。但是受到免疫接种影响的会很快恢复甚至超过对照组。(2)免疫应激对雏鸡免疫器官有一定的促进影响。雏鸡的免疫器官(如法氏囊、胸腺、脾)发生一系列的变化,免疫器官明显受到刺激生长作用,各免疫器官均发生生长性变化;随着免疫应激时间的延长,免疫器官的发育恢复接近正常水平,但还是稍高于无免疫状态。(3)在不同的免疫器官,CD4+T和CD8+T变化规律有所不一,注射免疫的变化最为敏感。在实际操作中,养殖场应根据不同的疫苗采取不同的免疫方式,对同种疫苗尽量采取注射免疫方式,但要注意尽量减少免疫应激对雏鸡带来的伤害。
【Abstract】 800 two-week-old chickens were randomly divided into treatment (T) group and control(C). there were 8 repetitions in each group with 20 chicken. The treatment(T) groups were divided into four groups,T1,T2,T3,T4. The C group were injected with normal saline,and T1 group chickens were vaccinated bursa of Infectious Bursal Disease Mild Vaccine, Living(A80 Strain)by putting drop in noses. T2 group chickens were vaccinated with Avian Newcastle Disease Vaccine, Inactivated by putting drop in eyes. T3 group chickens were vaccinated with Avian Newcastle Disease Vaccine, Inactivated by putting drop in noses. T4 group chickens were vaccinated with Avian Newcastle Disease Vaccine, Inactivated by intramuscular injection. After l,3,5,10,15,21 day of inoculation. serum,immune organs,were collected to detect all index defined with 8chicken selected randomly, and killed two bird each time within repetition. The result: (1) Immunization stress had some effects on DMI. All kinds of stresses could have effects on DMI which have significant effects on performance. The decrease of performance resulted in by immunization stress was that due to the decrease of DMI and the new distribution of nutrition. the typical characteristic were fever, lethargy, the decrease of activities and myalgia physiologically. (2) Immunization stress had promotive effect on immune organ (bursa of fabricius, thymus gland and spleen ) as the change on growth. With the growth of chicken, immune organs recovery to normal level, even a little higher than normal level. (3) After vaccination, CD4+T and CD8+T are different, the vaccinated is strongest.
