纤维改性用阳离子型聚合物PDA的合成及应用

【摘要】 涂料粒子对纤维没有亲和力,因此染色时对纤维不存在选择性问题,品种适应性较强。涂料染色工艺流程短,操作简便,能耗低,有利于降低生产成本,同时配色直观,仿色容易;涂料色相稳定,遮盖力强。然而涂料粒子不能以单分子态渗入纤维内部,对纤维着色缺乏直接性。为提高棉纤维和涂料之间亲和力,提高涂料的上染率,增加染色深度;本文采用自由基聚合法,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,DMC为阳离子功能单体,选择非离子单体AM,共聚合制备阳离子聚合物PDA。用PDA对棉纤维进行阳离子预处理,使纤维表面带正电荷,然后进行涂料染色。本文制备阳离子改性剂时,考察了单体配比、引发剂浓度、反应时间、反应温度等聚合工艺参数对聚合反应的影响。运用红外光谱对共聚产物PDA的组成和结构进行了表征,验证了目标共聚物。运用热稳定性DSC-TG分析,确定PDA的温度使用范围。最后,用PDA对棉织物进行改性并涂料染色。通过改变改性剂浓度、pH值、改性时间和温度等工艺参数,测定涂料染色后织物的K/S值和织物的上染率,详细讨论了影响棉纤维阳离子化程度的主要因素。确定了阳离子改性剂PDA使用的最佳工艺条件:改性剂用量为6%(o.w.f),在pH值9~10,改性温度70℃下处理20min;然后用1%(o.w.f)的涂料染色,改性效果最好,涂料的上染率和织物的K/S值最高。同时,结果表明当单体摩尔配比(AM/DMC)为2:8,引发剂过硫酸铵的摩尔浓度为0.5×10-2mol·L-1,在80℃反应3h,可获得对棉织物改性效果好的聚合物。PDA在纤维上的应用为阳离子改性剂的应用开辟了新的方向,降低了生产成本;降低染色温度,缩短染色过程,节约能耗,提高生产效率。

【Abstract】 Due to pigment particles have no affinity for fibers, the pigment dyeing of fibers selective problem does not exist and applicability to all spices. Pigment dyeing has several noticeable advantages compared to dyestuffs. These advantages are a short process simple operation, reduce energy consumption and low costs, and while matching intuitive easy color imitation; steady color hue, hiding power. However pigment particles do not dissolve in water, it can not be a single-state elements within the infiltration of fiber, lack of shade directly to fibers.In this paper, the cationic polymerization–modifier was prepared from AM with DMC by means of radical polymerization. Using PDA charge to the goods will give the cotton substantively for the pigment to enhance the uptake of pigment and color strength. The effects of monomer concentration, initiator concentration, reaction time, reaction temperature were studied. In addition, the polymer molecular structure was confirmed by the infrared absorption spectrum. The thermal stability was studied by thermogravimetry then determines the application temperature range. At last, knitted cotton fabrics were dyeing with pigment, the key factors including the concentration of cationic reactant, pH values, as well as temperature and time, which affect the cutinized degree of cotton were discussed by measure uptake of pigment and the color strength (K/S value).The optimum application conditions of PDA were acquired:6% (o.w.f) of PDA, at pH 9~10, at 60℃for 20 min, and then use 1% (o.w.f) of pigment to dye cotton fabric. It was found that the uptake of pigment and the color strength (K/S) reached to the maximum. In addition, when monomer mole ratio (AC / DTC) is 2:8, and the initiator of a mole ammonium sulfate concentration of 0.5×10-2 mol·L-1, at 80℃for three hours. A cationic polyacrylamide with high molecular weight and good effect on cotton fabric modified polymer were prepared.The application of PDA on fibers for cationic modification application open up a new direction, reduce the production cost, reduce dyeing temperature, shorten the dyeing process, saving energy, improving production efficiency.
