【摘要】 随着新税制体系的逐步完善和计算机技术及通讯技术不断发展,原有的税务征管模式及在此征管模式下开发的税务信息管理系统,已不能适应税务部门的业务需要和管理要求,急需开发适应新税制体系,采用先进IT技术的新的税务信息管理系统。本文以作者参与开发的无锡国税信息管理系统(WGIS)为基础,详细地介绍了税务信息管理系统的设计思想、系统方案及具体功能模块实现的全部过程,并结合该系统对税务信息系统所涉及到的问题进行阐述并提出相应的解决方案。文章侧重于叙述整个税务信息管理系统的设计与实现,从全面到局部,重点介绍了系统的结构,以及贯穿整个系统的设计思想和实现策略。本文共分为七章。第一章绪论主要介绍了税务信息管理系统的研究背景以及其在我国税务信息化进程中的发展现状,对本论文的研究目的以及研究内容进行了初步的介绍。第二章税务管理信息系统概述,主要介绍管理信息系统的基本概念和开发方法,税务信息管理系统的发展过程,以及目前税务信息管理系统所存在的问题及解决办法。第三章数字税务综合管理平台,从最新的技术角度出发,介绍了开发无锡国税管理信息管理平台的设计理念,系统的构架组成以及网络结构和服务器的规划。第四章系统需求分析,首先从技术要求方面对WGIS系统进行了简单的介绍,其次从技术路线的选择和系统安全管理机制的两个角度对系统的需求和应该达到的目标进行了详细的阐述。第五章系统总体设计,主要介绍了WGIS的系统结构,应用模式以及WGIS系统的应用安全平台,对系统的总体结构和功能进行了划分与设计。第六章系统各功能模块的设计与实现主要介绍了WGIS几个主要功能模块的代码设计与界面实现。最后第七章对WGIS系统开发成功的意义进行了总结,并对今后工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the progressive integrity of the latest taxation system and the continuous development of the computer and communication system, the original levy and management mode of the taxation system and the Taxation Information Management system (TIMS) can not adapt to the demanding of the service and management of taxation department. Thus, a better TIMS developed by the advanced IT is urged.The paper is based on a TIMS that the author undertook. It introduces the design idea, the scheme of the system, and the realization of each functional module of TIMS in detail. It analyses the problems existing in TIMS and gives the corresponding solution. The paper focuses on the design and the realization of the whole system, from the whole to the part one. It emphasizes the architecture, the design idea and the realization of the whole system.Totally, the paper is divided into seven chapters. The research background of TIMS and the development status of taxation informationization in our country are discussed in the first chapter of introduction. The research purpose and content of this paper are also primarily introduced. In the second chapter of overview of TMIS, the basic concepts and development methods of management information system and the development process of TMIS are mainly introduced. The existing problems in TMIS are analyzed and the solutions are provided. From the point of the latest view of technology, the design concept, the construction of the system, the network structure and the server planning are discussed in the third chapter of management platform of digital taxation. The fourth chapter is the system requirements analysis. Firstly, the WGIS is briefly introduced from the technical requirements. Then the system requirements and targets are detailedly elaborated from the view of the technical route choice and the security management mechanism of the system. The system architecture, application mode, and security platform of WGIS are mainly introduced in the fifth chapter of system design. The overall structure and function are divided and designed in this part. The code designing of several major functional blocks and realization of interface of WGIS are discussed in the sixth chapter. Finally, the significance of the success of system development is summarized in the last chapter. And the future work is also prospected.更多还原
