锅炉补给水水处理工艺技术及应用

【摘要】 热电厂的水质质量直接关系到热力设备能否安全运行。水质不良,会引起锅炉及汽轮机的结垢、腐蚀。水处理工艺选择不当,不仅会增加一次性投资和运行费用,严重的还会影响热电厂的正常运转。因此锅炉补给水工艺选择、设备选型、运行管理是决定热电厂能否长期稳定运行的关键因素之一。本文重点介绍了滨州天鸿热电厂水处理工艺的选择和运行情况。研究内容主要有以下几方面:1、根据原水水质情况,对水处理系统预处理部分、一级除盐部分、精除盐部分分别进行方案对比、分析和论证,2、如何进行水处理系统的工艺设计;3、系统的运行稳定性、经济性、环保性;4、存在的问题及如何改进。通过对大量数据的分析比较,从预处理、反渗透、EDI这三个部分分别说明在不同的水源情况下,所选择工艺投资省、运行经济、符合环保要求、运行稳定且技术先进。原水为地下水时,选择工艺为多介质过滤器+一级反渗透+电去离子装置(EDI);原水为黄河水时,选择工艺为一体化净水器+超滤+反渗透+电去离子装置(EDI)。当原水变化时,预处理工艺适当改变后,作为除盐工艺的一级反渗透+EDI装置可以适用两种水质。本文通过对天鸿热电厂水处理工艺的研究,对怎样保证水源变化时锅炉补给水工艺选择、运行维护管理提出了建议,对于黄河沿岸的热电厂化学水处理工艺的选择和运行有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 The quality of the water power plant is directly related to whether the safe operation of thermal equipment. Adverse water quality will cause the scaling of boilers and steam turbine, corrosion.Improper selection of water treatment process will not only increase one-time investment and operating costs, will be seriously affected the normal operation of thermal power plant.Therefore the boiler water supply technology selection, equipment selection, operation and management is to determine the long-term stable operation of thermal power one of the key factors.This article focuses on the power plant water treatment process Binzhou TIANHONG the selection and operation.Research has mainly the following aspects: Firstly, according to the quality of raw water, the water treatment system for pre-processing part of a desalting of the fine desalting program separately comparison, analysis and verification;secondly,How to proceed with the process water treatment system design;The operation system, operation stability, economy, and environmental protection;Existence of the problem and how to improve them.Through the analysis of large amounts of data, from the pre-treatment, reverse osmosis, EDI separately the three parts of water in different cases, the investment selection process, run the economy, in line with the requirements of environmental protection and stable operation and advanced technology.Raw water for the groundwater, the selection process for the multi-media filters + RO + 1 electrodeionization devices; the raw water to the Yellow River water, the selection process for the integration of water purifiers + UF + RO + ion electric devices go. When the raw water changes, proper pre-treatment changes, as a reverse osmosis desalination technology can be applied + EDI complete two water quality.Based on the thermal power plant water treatment process TIANHONG research on how to ensure water supply boiler water change process selection, operation and maintenance management proposals, the power plant along the Yellow River for chemical water treatment process selection and operation of the reference there is.
