基于CBR的危险化学品事故数据库的研究

【摘要】 化学工业作为我国国民经济的基础性行业,对国民经济的稳定发展起了举足轻重的作用,因此化工企业的安全生产问题就显得尤为重要。化学工业属于高危行业,事故多发,如何从以往的事故中吸取教训并应用于企业的安全生产当中,提高现代涉及危险化学品企业的安全水平是我们面临的重大课题。基于案例的推理(CBR)方法应用在很多领域且取得成功,它通过检索过去己有案例来获得蕴涵在各参数中的知识和经验,并将知识和经验应用在现有问题的解决中,本文将传统数据库技术和案例推理理论运用到危险化学品事故库方面,主要研究内容和结论如下:(1)本文首先介绍了事故数据库和案例推理技术的发展现状,论述了现有化学事故数据库的缺点与不足,对基于案例推理理论的危险化学品事故库总体结构进行研究;(2)依据事故致因理论,结合实际案例分析得出了危险化学品事故的事故要素,将危险化学品事故的要素分为基本要素、特征要素、结果要素和解析要素四大类16个要素,运用这些要素对危险化学品事故案例进行表示;(3)对危险化学品事故分类和统计指标进行了归纳,以便运用科学的方法对危险化学品事故进行检索和统计;(4)在研究基于案例的推理方法关键技术算法的基础上,对危险化学品事故案例检索、案例推理的步骤进行了研究;(5)在系统的需求分析的基础上,运用Microsoft SQL Server2000和ASP技术,构建了基于B/S平台的危险化学品事故案例库系统,实现了危险化学品事故数据库的上传、后台审核、发布、检索以及统计等功能,同时对案例推理的部分功能也进行了设计。通过运行,本系统具有一定的实用性,能满足一般用户对危险化学品事故的检索、统计等功能。
【Abstract】 As the foundation of national economy, the chemical industry plays an important function in stable development of national economy and society, as a result, the work safety problems of the chemical industry become more and more important. The chemical industry with considerable accidents happened, belongs to high-danger industry. The significant subject which we confront is how to draw a lesson from former accidents and then applied in enterprise to improve the safety management of modern chemical industry.Case-based Reasoning technology is applied in many domains and get the success. It obtains knowledge and experience hidden in various parameters by retrieving the past cases, then applies the knowledge and experience in solution of existing questions. This article unifies the CBR technology and the traditional database technology to establish the chemical accident database. The major contents and conclusions are these as follows:1. This paper first introduce the current development situation of CBR technology and the database technology, and followed by discuss ing the disadvantages and defects of current chemical accidents database, and eventually study the main structure of the chemical accidents database based on the Case-based Reasoning technology. 2. Combined with accident-causing theory and actual cases, the factors of chemical accidents are obtained. Chemical accident factors are divided into four species which conclude 16 factors, such as basic factor, characteristic factor, result factor, parse factor and so on.3. With the aim to retrieve and sum up chemical accidents by scientific methods, statistic classification and index of chemical accidents have been summarized.4. At the base of the important arithmetic to case reasoning, the approach of retrieve and reasoning are researched.5. Based the analysis of requirement, the chemical accident database system is constructed by using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and ASP. Many functions of chemical accidents database system, such as updating, background auditing, releasing indexing and statistics is realized. Meanwhile, some parts of functions which are used in case ratiocinating is designed as well. By running, the system has a certain practicability and can meet the need of most users.
