【摘要】 妇炎乐胶囊是由黄柏、苦参、蒲公英等十一味药组成,具有清热解毒,祛湿止带之功能,临床主要用于治疗霉菌性、细菌性阴道炎等症。目的:研究妇炎乐胶囊对小鼠霉菌性阴道炎模型和细菌性阴道炎模型阴、道的病原体转阴率和阴道黏膜组织的治愈程度的影响,以及抗炎、止痒、解热等药理作用,为其临床应用提供药理学实验依据。方法:采用小鼠霉菌性阴道炎模型实验和小鼠细菌性阴道炎模型实验,观察妇炎乐胶囊的体内抑菌作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀实验,观察妇炎乐胶囊的抗炎作用;采用右旋糖酐致小鼠全身瘙痒反应实验和磷酸组胺致豚鼠局部瘙痒反应实验,观察妇炎乐胶囊的止痒作用;采用细菌内毒素致兔体温升高实验,观察妇炎乐胶囊的解热作用。结果:与其模型对照组相比,妇炎乐胶囊可以提高小鼠白色念珠菌性阴道炎模型阴道的病原体转阴率(P＜0.05),提高小鼠细菌性阴道炎模型阴道的病原体转阴率(P＜0.05),对小鼠细菌性阴道炎模型的阴道黏膜组织有明显的治愈作用(P＜0.05);减轻二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀程度(P＜0.05);减轻角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖肿胀程度(P＜0.05);减少右旋糖酐引起的小鼠全身瘙痒反应的搔痒次数(P＜0.05);延长磷酸组胺引起的豚鼠局部瘙痒反应的搔痒潜伏期(P＜0.05);降低细菌内毒素引起的日本大耳白兔体温升高的高峰(P＜0.05)。结论:妇炎乐胶囊具有治疗并改善霉菌性和细菌性阴道炎症状及抗炎、止痒和解热作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fuyanle Capsule(FYLC) contains Phellodendron amurense,kuhseng, dandelion,etc,which has the effect of clearing fever,disintoxicating,dispelling dampness,and stopping leucorrhea.It is mainly used to treat colpitis mycotica and bacterial vaginitis,etc.Objective:To provid some experimental evidence for clinical practice that some pharmacological experimental study of the capsule were done,including the effect on colpitis mycotica mice,and bacterial vaginitis mice,the effect on inflammatory,itching and fever.Methods:The murine model of vaginitis infected with blastomyces albicans or bacteria were established,to observe the therapeutic effects of FYLC on vaginosis mouse.A mouse model of ear swelling induced by xylene smearing and a rat model of hind paw swelling caused by hypodermic injection of carrageenan were used to study the anti-inflammatory effects of FYLC.A mouse model of pantosomatous pruritus induced by intravenous injection of dextran and a cavia cobaya model of topical pruritus caused by histamine phosphate were used to observe the relieving itching effects of FYLC.A rabbit model of fervescence induced bacterial endotoxin was used to study the relieving fever effects of FYLC.Results:It is showed that the FYLC can raise the causative agents darkening rate of bacterial vaginitis mice and Candida albicans vaginitis mice(P<0.05).it also had the evident effect on curing bacterial vaginitis mice’ mucosa organism of vagina(P<0.05),inhibited the mice pinna swelling caused by xylene(P<0.05) and rat toes swelling after injecting carrageenan(P<0.05),decreased the frequency of itching in pantosomatous pruritus mice caused by dextran(P<0.05),prolonged the eclipse period of topical pruritus cavia cobaya caused by histamine phosphate (P<0.05),decreased the peak of fervescence rabbits caused by bacterial endotoxin(P<0.05)Conclusion:FYLC was showed to have an obvious effect of healing or improve the symptoms of colpitis mycotica and bacterial vaginitis,it also has the effect of anti-inflammatory,alleviating itching and relieving fever.更多还原
