【摘要】 创业教育是二十世纪七十年代后期西方国家提出的一种新的教育理念,以培养具有创业意识、开拓精神和创业能力的开创型个性的人才为培养目标。培养这些素质的人才能够更好地适应当今社会经济的迅速发展,加强我国人才在国际大环境中的竞争力。因此,在我国研究并实施创业教育具有现实和深远的意义。而如何发挥学校教育在创业中的作用是摆在高校面前的一个重要课题,需要认真地研究和实践。本文在对综合性地方高校南昌大学调研的基础上,分析了我国地方高校开设创业教育课程的必要性。创业教育不仅可以缓解学生的就业压力;从地方高校自身发展来说也很重要;而且现代社会要求高等教育的培养目标有所转变,以培养具有适应能力和求职能力的学生为目标转向培养具有创新意识、创业精神和创业能力的学生为目标;另外,学生创业知识的严重缺乏、创业成功率低的现实也迫切需要学校开设创业教育课程。设置创业教育课程应该本着实事求是等原则,着力解决学生的创业理念、创业能力、创业素养及创业技巧等方面的问题,文章在国内外典型创业教育课程设置的启示下,尝试着提出了我国地方高校创业教育课程的设置构想。创业教育课程的设置是一项系统工程,除了课程本身的科学安排之外,还需要其它因素的参与和保障,地方高校应采取诸如加强师资队伍的建设、提供更多实践机会、完善创业教育教学生态环境、营造校园创业型文化等方面的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise education is a kind of new education theory, which was put forward by the western countries in the later stage of the seventies of the 20th century. It cultivates the starting type talents who have the characters of undertaking consciousness, enterprising spirits and undertaking abilities as the goal. Strengthening university students’ enterprise education, cultivating the starting type talent who has the characters of undertaking consciousness, enterprising spirits and undertaking ability are the new demand for education in the area of knowledge-driven economy. And how to play the role of School Education in venture is a very important topic for the universities, and it needs a lot of researches and practices.On the basis of the researching on Nanchang University, the article point out that local college in China should and there be room to speed up the pace of enterprise education by set up enterprise education-related courses and other measures. Enterprise education can not only ease the students’ employment pressure, it is also important to the development of local universities, and modern society require the changing of higher education objectives, aim to make the students have innovation, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ability. In addition, a serious lack of knowledge on enterprise education leads to the low rate of success, so it is urgent to set up enterprise education courses. Setting up enterprise education courses should base on some principles such as seeking truth from facts, make efforts to resolve problems likes tart-up ideas, entrepreneurship, venture capital and entrepreneurial literacy skills. Through the learning of typical enterprise education courses at home and abroad, the article try to put forward the setting idea of entrepreneurship education curriculum of local universities in China.The setting of enterprise education curriculum is a system project. In addition to scientific arrangements of courses, other factors also needed to participate and protect. Put forward to strengthening the training of teachers, establishing practice base of enterprise education, improving the ecological environment of enterprise education in teaching, creating the campus culture of entrepreneurship and so on.更多还原
