运输企业的业务流程再造

【摘要】 物流成为当今企业第三利润的源泉,众多的企业开始逐渐把物流作为企业利润新的增长点,因而促进了物流行业的发展。我国物流行业基本从原来的运输业、贸易和邮电行业发展而来,同时分类上可以分为企业内部物流和外部物流。物流行业的发展促使原有传统运输型企业向现代物流管理模式发展。传统运输型企业为了顺利转型,实现战略目标,必须根据现代物流理论进行业务流程再造。首先,本文分析了传统运输与现代物流的关系,研究了运输型企业向现代物流企业转型的本质——货物运输物流化的特征;找出了传统运输型企业向现代物流企业转型的关键问题。其次,论文以原某国有大型企业物资管理局下属的二级运输单位A企业为研究对象,剖析A企业面临的机遇与挑战;确定了A企业应由传统运输型企业向现代物流企业转型的方案;优化了转型企业的组织结构;构建了转型后的企业文化。然后,论文从理论出发,在实践的基础上以企业资源分析为前提条件,探索了流程再造的实践方法,给出了业务流程再造的原则和方案。最后,依据《物流企业分类与评估指标》国家标准,建立了基于AHP的企业转型评价模型,并对A企业转型再造绩效进行了评价,评价结果显示A企业选择向现代物流转型再造符合市场要求,为企业的发展注入了生机与活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics is the third profit headspring of the enterprise nowadays. Numerous enterprises starts gradually to take the logistics as the new growth spot of the enterprise profit, thus promoted logistics industry development. In our country the logistics industry is basically from the original transportation business, the trade and the posts and telecommunications industry, and may divide into the enterprise interior logistics and the exterior physical distribution. The logistics industry development urges the original enterprise interior logistics change from the provisioning traditional pattern to the modern pattern. In order to carry on the management pattern transformation, carry out the enterprise strategy, the enterprise must carry on BPR.Firstly, this paper analyzed the relationship between transportation industry and logistics industry, reached the essence of the transition: logistisilization of cargo transportation found out the key question of the transition.Secondly, Though analyzed the opportunity and challenge of the enterprise A which was attributed to a national corporation, the paper made a new translation project, optimized a new framework, and put forward a new corporation culture to enterprise A.Thirdly, the paper embarks from the theory in the practice foundation take the prerequisite, explored the practice enterprise resources analysis as the method of BPR.At last, according the national standard: sort and evaluation index of logistics industry, the paper found a evaluation model based of AHP, and evaluated the BPR effect by the model, the evaluation result showed that enterprise A BPR was a successful practice that would made a great advantage to the enterprise development.更多还原
