培养机制改革形势下研究生思想政治教育的创新

【摘要】 研究生思想政治教育是对研究生进行的思想教育、政治教育和道德品质教育的总称,是一种具有特殊规律性的社会实践活动,主要以非智力因素的培养为主要内容,以研究生全面发展、个性发展和未来发展为主要目的。研究生培养机制的改革,为研究生思想政治教育的创新提供了新的契机。第一章从理论上解读培养机制改革与研究生思想政治教育的相关联系。二者都将以人为本作为核心价值,以创新型人才培养为理论支撑,以激励机制构建为主要内容。在培养机制改革中,研究生思想政治教育将创新型人才培养作为其目标和内容的发展趋向,具有导向功能、保证功能、育人功能和开发功能。第二、三章分别从整体和个案两个角度分析研究生思想政治教育创新的必要性和可行性。研究生培养机制的改革,要求研究生思想政治教育要与创新素质培养、科学研究、导师负责制度、激励机制构建相结合。中南大学在研究生思想政治教育指导性文件、管理体制、教育内容和教育方法方面都取得了突出的成效,但是面对研究生培养机制改革的形势,在研究生综合素质、工作体系、导师责任制、工作水平上还需进一步提升。第四、五章分析了研究生思想政治教育创新的依据和具体措施。理论依据包括马克思主义关于人的发展理论、马克思主义的交往实践理论和人才资源开发理论。并且通过对美国、德国、日本三国的借鉴,指出我国研究生思想政治教育要注重民族文化教育,加强隐性德育和实践教育。最后,从理念创新、体制创新、内容创新、方法创新四个层面提出创新研究生思想政治教育的具体措施。本文的创新之处:将研究生培养机制改革与研究生思想政治教育结合起来加以研究,以二者的内在关联为研究基础,剖析了培养机制改革与研究生思想政治教育的相互关系。从宏观论述和个案分析两方面指出研究生思想政治教育创新的必要性和突破点,并且在实证、比较研究基础上对创新研究生思想政治教育的措施进行了阐述,从理论与实践两方面对研究生思想政治教育进行了拓展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education of graduate students is the general term of ideological education, political education and moral education. It is a special kind of social practice, which mainly takes the cultivation of non-intelligence factors as the main content, and all-round development, personality development and the future development of graduate students are the primary purposes. The reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism provides an excellent opportunity to innovate ideological and political education of graduate students.Chapter one theoretically illustrates the inner relation of the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism and ideological and political education: People-oriented is the core value; cultivation of innovative talents is the theoretical support; and construction of incentive mechanism is the main content. Under the situation of the reform, ideological and political education of graduate students takes the cultivation of innovative talents as its development trend of object and content, and it has functions of guidance, assurance, education and development.Chapter two and Chapter three respectively illustrate the necessity and feasibility of innovation of ideological and political education from the overall and case aspects. Under the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism, ideological and political education of graduate students should be combined with innovative quality, scientific research, instructor responsibility, and construction of excitation mechanism. Central South University has achieved outstanding results in graduate guiding documents, management system, educational contents and methods. Central South University, however, facing the situation of reform, should further improve the overall quality of graduate students, the working system, mentor accountability and the level of work.Chapter four and Chapter five illustrate the basis and measures of innovation of ideological and political education. The theoretical basis comprises Marxist theory on human development, Marx to associate the practice theory and human resource development theory. Considering the experiences of the United States, Germany and Japan, China’s ideological and political education of graduate students should pay more attention to national culture education, implicit moral education and practical education. Finally this paper proposes the specific measures for the innovation of the ideological and political education in terms of concept innovation, mechanism innovation, content innovation and method innovation.In terms of the innovation of the thesis, it combines the cultivation mechanism and the ideological and political education for research which is based on their inner relation; it analyzes the correlation of the reform of the cultivation mechanism and the ideological and political education. It points out the necessity and break-through point for the innovation of the ideological and political education through macro discussion and case study, illustrates the measures of the education innovation through real examples and comparative research, and expands the ideological and political education in terms of theory and practice.更多还原
