我国港口物流一体化整合模式研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国港口基础建设和货物吞吐量快速发展,进而推动了港口物流的高速发展。但是,总体上我国港口发展现代物流业还处于起步阶段,在基础设施、装备水平、标准化程度都与国际先进水平存在一定差距。尤其是港口物流产业链上各企业之间无序化竞争导致港口资源配置错位,运营效率低下。在这样的背景下,本文通过研究港口物流一体化整合模式,对于提高港口资源配置效率,降低企业经营成本,实现专业化分工合作,提升我国港口物流竞争实力具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文首先从港口供应链相关理论的研究入手,梳理总结了港口产权和竞争与合作方面的相关理论研究成果,为后文在利益合作的基础上设计一体化整合模式提供理论支持。然后本文对我国港口物流的发展历史、竞争现状进行了系统总结,对比分析了国内外在港口物流相关经济区域的各自特点和共同之处,重点研究了国内保税区物流对港口物流发展的影响。最后本文在借鉴北部湾港口群整合实例的基础上,设计出分工合作、差异化竞争的横向一体化整合模式。同时,采用博弈模型对港口物流上下游企业之间的利益关系进行深入分析,从而设计出港口与物流供应链中前后向利益主体之间的纵向一体化整合模式。
【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, the construction of infrastructural facilities and cargo handling capacity in Chinese ports developed quickly, which promoted the development speed of port logistics. However, the development of modern logistics industry in our country was still in the beginning stage, there were some gaps from us to the international advanced level in infrastructure, equipment levels and standardization degree. There were some reasons for this problem, especially on the disorder of the competition in port logistics chain, which brought along wrong match of the resource, and low operation efficiency. Against this background, this paper studied the integration model of port logistics and had great theoretical and practical significance in enhancing the allocative efficiency, reducing operating cost, realizing specialized division of labor.This paper started with the relevant research of port supply chain, carding and summarizing relevant theories on port property, competition and cooperation. It provided a good theory supporting for the following integration model design on the basis of cooperation in the interests.Then, the study analyzed the developing history and competition status of Chinese ports logistics, compared the differences and commons between domestic and overseas economic district related to the port. This part mainly researched the effect of domestic free trade zone logistics upon port logistics development.Finally, based on the strength of the integration in northern port group, the study designed a horizontal integration model with division of labor and differentiated Competition. Meanwhile, the vertical integration model was designed upon the analysis of the interest relationship between the subjects in supply chain.
