【摘要】 鄂尔多斯市电化教育馆成立于1984年,1986年与鄂尔多斯市市仪器站合并,负责鄂尔多斯市全市教学仪器设备的统筹规化、应用检查、指导和管理等工作。目前鄂尔多斯市的教学仪器设备的管理模式与日趋先进的教学仪器设备和日益普及的信息技术与网络技术相比较,明显滞后。因此建设网络环境下的鄂尔多斯市教学仪器设备管理系统是当前鄂尔多斯市电教部门的一个重要的课题。随着鄂尔多斯市教育城域网络建设工程的启动,结合各旗区电教部门和学校的教学仪器设备管理的需求分析,为了进一步提高全市教学仪器设备的管理工作水平,进而提高各级电教部门和学校的教学仪器管理能力和对社会的公开程度,加大社会对教学仪器设备使用和管理的监督力度,鄂尔多斯市电教馆依据鄂尔多斯市的实际情况,运用先进的网络信息技术,研究开发了“鄂尔多斯市教学仪器设备管理系统”,该系统包括四个模块:仪器信息处理、仪器信息查询、仪器数据汇总、退出系统。本文详细介绍了该系统所采用的相关技术和软硬件环境配置,描述了各系统功能,对系统在设计、实施和运行期间可能发生的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Erdos audiovisual education hall was established in 1984, and it was conbined with the Erdos instrument station merge in 1986, it was responsible instructional instruments equipment, application inspection, instruction and management work and all plan gauge of the whole city.At present compared with morden information technolony, the popularized networking and the daily advanced instructioned instruments equipment,the Erdos instructional instruments equipment management pattern has the obvious gap . it is a very important theme for the Erdos Audionvisual education oeparlment to build Erdos instractional instruments equipment systerm in such environment now.With the start of the Erdos education metropolitan area network project,and the demand of audiovisual education department in different area and instructional instruments equipment manage in school,we researched a new system,the Erdos educational instruments equipment management system,which includes four modules:the instrument information processing,the instrument information inquiry, the instrumant data compile,the withdrawal system. This new system can enhance the whole city instructional instruments equipmend the supervising work more, and it also can improre the levels of audiovisual education department and the ability of school instructional instruments management and social instructional instruments equipment and management surveillance dynamics. The article introduces the technolonies which are used in the system and environment disposition of software and hardware in detail.
