科右中旗民族中小学蒙古语使用现状

【摘要】 吐什业图旗二十多万蒙古族人口,其多数人以蒙古语为日常交际语言。蒙古语言文字不仅是他们组织生产、生活的主要工具,也是促进民族科学文化发展的主要途径和方法。学习、使用蒙古语言文字理应是每个蒙古族人的责任和义务。从上世纪八十年代以来,该旗旗委和政府以及教育行政部门认真贯彻执行党的民族语言文字政策和民族教育政策,并重视发展少数民族各类教育事业,使之形成了以蒙古语授课为主的各级各类民族基础教育体系。但从上世纪九十年代末开始,吐什业图旗蒙古语授课为主的各级各类学校体制受到严重的冲击,其表现为:1.以蒙古语授课为主的民族中小学大量被削减或被合并2.以蒙古语授课为主的学校学生来源逐渐减少等。本论文旨在吐什业图旗民族教育发展现状的基础上,对该旗蒙古语授课为主的五所民族中小学蒙古语言文字使用情况进行了调查,并分析调查的数据,找出蒙古语言文字使用过程中存在的具体问题,提出了自己的见解和解决问题的有效途径和方法。本文由导论、第一章、第二章、第三章、结束语、参考文献等六个部分组成。导论部分介绍科尔沁部落的由来和吐什业图旗概况,并论述了语言与民族、文化、教育之间的关系,同时交待了选题原由和研究意义,研究方法和研究材料等内容。第一章,主要介绍了吐什业图旗民族语文工作的基本情况,并介绍了将其落实在民族教育事业中的具体情况。第二章,对调查收集的问卷进行数据分析,从民族中小学学生用语、教师用语、学生家长用语、校园蒙古文字使用情况等四个方面阐述了该旗蒙古族中小学的蒙古语言文字使用情况。第三章,主要阐述了中小学蒙古语言文字使用过程中存在的问题和不规范的情况,并提出了自己的建义。结束语阐明了母语教育的重要性和进一步加强学习和使用蒙古语言文字的重要性。更多还原
