LNG元件动态配对方法研究及测试系统设计

【摘要】 随着液化石油气、煤气进入家庭生活,气体检测的重要性日益明显,催化式液化天然气(LNG)元件已经广泛应用于煤矿瓦斯以及室内天然气的定量检测中。目前LNG元件测试设备自动化程度低,难以完成大批量的测试工作。为了提高LNG元件的质量、可靠性和降低生产成本,需要研制出一套精度高、速度快的LNG元件动态配对测试分选系统。本文结合课题研究和实际应用需要,以LNG催化传感元件和补偿元件为研究对象,介绍了补偿元件对载体催化元件输出特性影响,采用基于近代数学的聚类分析方法的配对方法,设计LNG元件动态性能参数测试系统。本文的主要工作有以下几方面:1.通过实验及理论分析,采用近代数学的聚类分析方法进行传感元件和补偿元件的配对。2.采用MSP430单片机作为核心器件,设计LNG元件动态性能参数配对分选系统,根据动态性能参数进行配对,以提高LNG元件的稳定性和抗干扰能力。3.根据测试分选系统的功能要求进行单片机软件设计。通过单片机内部的固件编程,实现单片机控制下的多组恒定电流的实时切换;单片机软件采用模块化设计,如按键功能、显示功能、数据采集及处理功能、串口通讯功能等。本文系统能为用户提供全面的LNG元件动态参数的数据信息,有效的解决催化传感元件和补偿元件动态测试过程中的实际问题,节省了人力、物力,缩短了开发周期。因此,本文研究具有一定的理论意义和实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 Along with the use of Liquefied Petroleum Gas and gas in daily life, gas testing becomes more and more important. At present, LNG catalytic sensor was extensively used in the alarming system of coal mine gas testing and indoor nature gas testing. Gas sensor enterprises product thousands of components every day。But, a lot of operation of the testing equipment need handwork at present, the degree of automation is low, it can not complete such a large task. For increasing the quality and the reliability, and cutting down the cost of production, a set of dynamic match batch testing separation system with high precision in testing and fast in speed needs to be developed.Combine with the research of the project and the actual application, we introduced the influence of the compensating element on the output characteristic of the carrier catalytic element that takes LNG catalytic element and compensating element as the research object. We adopted the match method which based on clustering method of modern mathematics and designed the dynamic performance parameters testing system of LNG elements.The studies of the paper are as follows:1. Through the experiment and theory analyze, we adopted clustering method of modern mathematics and as the match method of element dynamic parameters.2. MSP430 MCU is the core equipment. We designed the match batch testing separation system of LNG element dynamic parameters which have a match according to the dynamic parameters for improving the stability and resisting disturb ability.3. We designed the MCU software according to the need of the testing system function. During designing the software, we fully considered the combine with the system hardware circuit. From the firmware program of MCU, we achieved the switch of many troops invariableness under the controlling of MCU. The MCU software adopted blocking design, such as key-press function; display function; data collection and disposing function; USART communication function.The system can provide whole testing information of LNG element and resolve practical problems during the matching of catalytic element and compensating element. It can save a lot of time, short the cycle of homologous soft system development and improved the efficiency. So the design of this system has assumed both theoretical significance and practical value.
