【摘要】 北京国际科技产业博览会(简称北京科博会)是经国务院批准,由中华人民共和国科学技术部、商务部、教育部、信息产业部、中国贸促会、国家知识产权局和北京市人民政府共同主办,北京市贸促会承办,每年5月定期在北京举办的国家级高新技术产业国际交流与合作的盛会,名列国家扶持的四大高科技博览会之首,是北京市每年举办的最为重要的品牌活动之一。北京科博会活动主题鲜明,规模大,发展快,以广泛的参与和丰富的活动内容,取得了丰硕的成果,举办十年以来取得了骄人的成就,“平台效应”全面显现,有效地推动了资本、技术、人才和信息等生产要素的跨国流动和配制组合,推动了高新技术的商品化、产业化、国际化进程,促进了中国与世界各国的经济技术交流与合作,推动了高新技术产业发展的新观念、新思维的交流和碰撞,带动了区域经济的发展,在国际国内社会和高新技术业内产生了很好的影响,但是在发展过程中也存在着综合性和专业性、行政性和市场性、权威性与广泛性、交流性与交易性、贴牌制造与自主创新的矛盾,通过对这些问题的分析,给出相应的解决对策及更好发展北京科博会、打造精品展会的建议,通过准确定位,突出自身特点,坚持科技主体,强化创新意识,把坚持和突出创新作为各项活动的基准,整合现有资源,深入推进国际交流与合作,努力扩大国际影响力,不断扩大国际参与的范围,积极推动首都会展发展环境的改善,为北京科博会发展不断注入新的思想动力,促进北京科博会实现全方位转变,打造精品博览会,使北京科博会始终走在世界展会的前列。更多还原

【Abstract】 The China Beijing International High-tech Expo (CHITEC for short) is a significant occasion which is approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, it is jointly sponsored by seven ministries of P. R. China(the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), State Intellectual Property Office, and Beijing Municipal Government), and executives by Beijing Council for the Promotion of International Trade. As the leader of the four high-tech expositions which sponsored by the nation, it is one of the most important brand activities in Beijing which is held in May every year and aimed to promote national communication and cooperation of High-tech industry.With its brilliant theme, high speed, large scale, broad participation and abundant activity content, CHIETC has gained great achievements in the past 10 years. With its influence, it has given a great impetus to the international flow and combination of production factors, such as capital, technology, human resources and information, which accelerates the process of commercialization, industrialization and internationalization of high and new technology, promotes the economical and technological exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries, and drives the development of regional economy, which produces very good results both in China and abroad. However, during its course of development, it still have some existing contradictions such as conflict between comprehensives and specialty, administration and marketability, carry authority and universality, intercourse and exchange、OEM and independent innovation.Through the analysis of these issues, the paper gives some corresponding solutions and suggestions to develop CHIETC and create excellent exposition. By accurate orientation, standing out its own characteristic, insisting on the science and technology main body, strengthening innovative consciousness, insisting on and laying emphasizes on available resources, CHIETC can integrating and going deep into the exchanges and cooperation with other countries. By making great efforts to expand an international influence, and expanding international participation unceasingly, it can drive the improvement of development environment in Beijing, which will instill new dynamic to the development of CHIETC, boosting CHIETC to realize the all-direction change, to create an excellent expo, and made CHIETC to become the leader expo of the world.更多还原
