聚合物分散有机光致变色化合物薄膜的制备与性能

【摘要】 采用溶液成膜法,分别将8-硝基-1′,3′,3′-三甲基螺吲哚啉苯并吡喃(SP)和1,3-二苯基-4-间氯苯亚甲基-5-吡唑啉酮缩N(4)–甲基-氨基硫脲(DP3ClBP-MTSC)分散在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚苯乙烯(PS)中,制备了聚合物分散有机光致变色化合物薄膜,利用邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂调节薄膜的光响应速度。研究了薄膜的热性质、力学性质和光致变色性能。结果表明:SP-PMMA和SP-PMMA-DOP薄膜的光致变色和热消色速率均高于SP-PS和SP-PS-DOP薄膜的光致变色和热消色速率。增塑剂DOP有效地提高了薄膜的光致变色和热消色速率。聚合物分散螺吡喃光致变色薄膜的玻璃化温度较聚合物基体的玻璃化温度有所降低,加入DOP,其玻璃化温度进一步降低。SP-PMMA和SP-PMMA-DOP薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均高于SP-PS和SP-PS-DOP薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。另一方面[DP3ClBP-MTSC]-PMMA和[DP3ClBP-MTSC]-PMMA-DOP薄膜的光致变色速率比DP3ClBP-MTSC自身的光致变色速率降低60~100倍,热消色速率降低8~10倍。增塑剂DOP能够提高薄膜的光致变色和热消色速率。DP3ClBP-MTSC含量为10%时,其玻璃化温度高于聚合物基体的玻璃化温度;当DP3ClBP-MTSC的含量增至30%时,其玻璃化温度低于聚合物基体的玻璃化温度。
【Abstract】 In this thesis, a series of polymers such as PMMA and PS dispersed organic photochormic compounds such as 1′,3′,3′-Trimethylspiro-8-nitro (2H-1- benzopyran- 2′,2′-indoline) (SP) and 1,3-diphenyl-4-(3’–chloro)benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl- thiosemicarbazone (DP3ClBP-MTSC) thin films were fabricated. Their thermal、mechanical and photochromic properties were discussed.The result showed that the coloring and decoloring rates of SP-PMMA and SP-PMMA-DOP films are faster than those SP-SP and SP-PS-DOP films. DOP acts as plasticizer to increase the coloring and decoloring rates of the films. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of polymer dispersed spiropyran thin film is lower than that of the related polymer matrix, and the addition of DOP further decreases the Tg of the film. The tensile strength and the elongation at break of SP-PMMA and SP-PMMA-DOP films are higher than those SP-SP and SP-PS-DOP films. The coloring rates of [DP3ClBP-MTSC]-PMMA and [DP3ClBP-MTSC]-PMMA-DOP films decrease about 60~80 times than those of DP3ClBP-MTSC in the solid state,and the decoloring rates decrease about 8~10 times . The addition of DOP can increase the coloring and decoloring rates. Tg of [DP3ClBP-MTSC]-PMMA film containing 10%[DP3ClBP-MTSC] is higher than that of PMMA, but Tg of [DP3ClBP-MTSC]-PMMA film containing 30%[DP3ClBP-MTSC] is lower than that of PMMA.
