【摘要】 本研究以社会网络关系中的社会支持网理论为支撑点,主要通过对某农村社区五保户的调查,分析了五保户社会支持网的规模、关系构成以及网络密度等方面,试图厘清农村五保户社会支持网的特征,并探讨了不同供养方式社会支持网络的差异以及其产生的原因,对制度性支持与非制度性支持的频度与力度进行论述,从而阐明社会支持网在农村五保户生活中的作用,包括实际支持、情感支持等。最后,对完善五保供养制度的制度化方向进行了讨论。全文主要分为四个部分:第一部分是绪论,主要阐述了本研究的研究目的与意义、相关文献回顾、研究内容、基本概论的界定、研究创新等。第二部分,主要讨论了五保供养制度的历史变迁,并从五保供养制度在农村社会保障制度中的地位与作用、五保供养制度的发展历程、五保户供养现状、五保户供养环境的变化等四个方面对五保供养制度的历史脉络进行了梳理。第三部分,从社会支持网的规模、关系构成、网络密度等方面描述和分析了五保户社会支持网的一般特征,研究发现五保户的社会支持网规模小,关系构成主要以亲属、邻居和敬老院院民为主,网络密度较低,且不同供养方式五保户的社会支持网存在差异。第四部分,阐述了五保户社会支持网的作用及其局限性,研究发现,社会支持网对五保户的实际支持具有持续性,但是频度较少,力度不够,且对五保户的情感支持则严重缺乏。最后,本研究从整合五保供养制度与其他农村社会保障制度的资源、完善敬老院管理、改善农村社区服务三个方面探讨了进一步加强五保供养制度的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, the social support network theory of social network relations is used to support points, and mainly through a survey of rural five guarantees targets, the study analyses the scale of social support networks, network density and composition, trying toclarify the characteristics of five guarantees target’s social support networks, and exploring different ways of social support networks and their differences in the causes of the institutional support and non-institutional support , then clarifies five guarantees target’s social support networks in rural life in the role, including practical support, emotional support. Finally, discusses how to improve the system of institutionalized five guarantees.The full text can be divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, focusing on the purpose and significance of the study, the literature review, research, an introduction to the basic definition of research and innovation, and so on.The second part, mainly discusses the development course of the five guarantees support, from the areas of the five guarantees support in the rural social security system in the status, history of the five guarantees support,five guarantees target’s status and there dependent environmental changes.The third part, from the size, composition, density and other aspects of social supportnetworks describes and analyses the general characteristics of five guarantees target’s social support networks. According to the results of this study, the scale of five guarantees target’s social support network is small, relations of social support networks is constituted of relatives, old folk’s home neighbors, the network density is low and different ways of five guarantees have much differences in social support network.Part IV, discusses the role of social support networks and its limitations, the study finds that social support networks for the five guarantees targets from the perspectivepractical support have continuous, but less frequency, intensity is not enough, and for the five guarantees targets there is a serious lack of emotional support. Finally, from the integration of support system and other rural social security system resources, improving the management of old folk’s home, this study provides some suggestions to further strengthen the five guarantees.更多还原
