基于虚拟仪器的消磁变流装置调试仪设计与实现

【摘要】 消磁变流装置是消磁系统中重要设备之一。随着科技的发展,消磁变流装置的智能化水平不断提高,因此对消磁变流装置调试、试验、检测等工作提出更高的要求。原有的调试仪开放性不够好,可靠性差,使用不方便,最主要是不能实现综合性调试、试验、检测等工作。开发基于虚拟仪器仪器技术新的消磁变流装置调试仪,在克服了上述缺点同时具有适应性广,添加新的功能模块方便等特点。本调试仪系统软件开发环境采用美国国家仪器技术公司的LabVIEW 8.20版本,硬件部分采用研华公司ACME II 800便携式工控机和PCI 1712数据采集卡。既满足的系统需求,又控制了开发成本。本文详细讲述了调试仪系统的开发流程,包括开发平台的选定、硬件选型、各个软件模块的设计等。本文还对基于虚拟仪器的自校正技术进行了研究和详细讲述。该技术成功运用与实际系统中,取得了很好的效果。

【Abstract】 Degaussing converter device is one of the most important devices in degaussing system. The development of technology constantly improves the intelligent level of degaussing converter device. So it demands higher requirement of the debugging, testing and detection on degaussing converter device.the original debugging apparatus is weak in the systemic openness, reliability and utilization. The most important thing is that it can’t integrate debugging, testing, detection and so on. The development of new debugging apparatus for degaussing converter device based on virtual instrument technology can overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings. Meanwhile it has wide adaptability, the convenience feature of adding new function modules and so on.the software development environment for this new debugging apparatus system is National Instruments Company’s LabVIEW 8.20 version .the hardware part chooses Advantech Company’s ACMEII 800 portable industrial computer and data acquisition card PCI 1712. Both to meeting the system requirements, this plan but also has good effect of the development costs control.In this paper, the development process of the debugging apparatus system is introduced in detail, including the selection of software development platform, hardware selection, the design of the every function modules. This article also introduces self-tuning technology based on virtual instrument. The self-tuning technology has been successfully used in the actual system, and the using has obtained very good effect.
