【摘要】 苏南地区作为中国经济发达板块,经过了二十多年改革开放的发展,许多县市的经济总量和综合实力都跨上了一个新台阶,特别是苏州地区,在近几年来的“百强县市”评比中,5个县级市全部进入了前列。经济的发展带来了人流、物流、信息流、资金流的大范围快速流动,为苏州物流业发展提供了前所未有的机遇。政府及有关部门意识到发展现代物流,特别是发展第三方、第四方物流对推动经济发展的巨大作用,因此不断加大资本投入力度,完善和建设物流基础设施,扶持物流企业发展。与此同时,这也引起了外资、民资等众多投资资本对这个领域的兴趣。本论文以苏州吴江市为例,分析了吴江市物流业现有发展情况和存在问题,并对现代物流的未来发展方向第三方、第四方物流进行了阐述和评价。本文的重点是,结合深化投融资体制改革和国有资产管理体制改革下的授权国有投资公司发展定位分析,利用SWOT和PEST等分析方法对授权国有资产投资公司向物流领域发展进行战略分析,分析了当前物流业的投资机会和风险,并给出了一些规避风险的策略性建议,以便为吴江市国有投资公司调整发展方向和职能定位,为吴江国有物流能提前规划好未来发展蓝图以及为地区政府发展物流业决策提供一点参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Southern Jiangsu is a Chinese economic flourishing region, After over two decades of reform and opening up, the economic aggregate and overall strength of many counties and cities have been raised to a new level, especially in Suzhou region, all of 5 counties get into the front ranks in“the top 100 counties and Cities”evaluation in recent years. The development of economy brings large scope quick flow of people, logistics, information, founds, and presents unrivalled opportunity for logistics industry development in Suzhou. Government and some departments are aware of developing modern logistics, especially developing the third party logistics and forth party logistics, which has a huge effect to push economic development, so they constantly increase the capital input, construct and improve the infrastructural facilities, support logistics business enterprise’s development. At the same time, this also caused foreign capital, private capital etc. numerous investment capital’s interest in this field.The thesis takes Wujiang city of Suzhou for instance, analyses the existing development circumstance and problems of logistics industry in Wujiang city, and the future development of modern logistics that is third party logistics and forth party logistics. The focus of this paper is to: combining the authorized state-owned assets investment Corporation’s direction analysis in deepening reform of investment and financing system and the state property management system, analyses authorized state-owned assets investment Corporation how to invest in logistics industry using analysis methods including SWOT and PEST etc., and proposes suggestions on how to avoid investment risks by analyzing investment opportunities and risks in current logistics industry, for the purpose of making some reference to the state-owned assets investment Corporation adjusting development and function the state-owned logistics advancing to plan the future development layouts and regional government decision-making in developing logistics in Wujiang city.更多还原
