【摘要】 本文针对建筑业、施工企业和工程项目时空独特、劳动力密集、人员流动频繁等特点,提出了工程项目的知识管理问题。目的是指出施工企业在这方面存在的问题及其原因,进而提出一些建议,希望这些看法和建议有助于提高企业员工的能力和工程项目管理的效率,使各种资源得到更合理的利用,使施工企业能够真正吸引人、培养人、留住人,能够为我们的社会和谐发展做出更大贡献。作者阅读了大量文献,探讨了项目知识的概念和体系,从多种角度分析了项目知识管理的主要因素及其相互关系;提出了项目知识管理应达到的状态、合理流程及效果评价的各个方面;提出了适合于实际工程项目知识管理的信息收集和传送方法,系统地介绍了知识创造的理论,并补充了现有实践中的不足,讨论了这些理论应用于工程项目知识管理时的具体作法;作者进而根据这些理论对亲身参与的公司质量月活动进行了实证分析。作者从上述工作中得出的主要成果如下:(1)明确了项目知识的定义和特性。(2)明确了项目知识的范围、分类和源头。(3)探讨了组织过程资产与知识管理的关系,讨论了组织过程资产应当纳入的具体内容,并指出了制定其标准化文件对于施工企业开展项目知识管理的实际意义。作者认为,项目知识管理同样可以成为施工企业和其他组织在开展知识管理时确定知识范围的工具。探讨了知识仓库与企业档案室的关系,认为企业档案室应当向企业知识仓库的方向发展。(4)提出了项目知识管理的十二个主要因素和项目知识管理环境的十个重要方面。(5)建立了项目知识管理关联因素关系模型,进而提出了项目知识管理的合理流程,提出了评价项目知识管理的准则,观察、分析和归纳了建筑业,特别是笔者所在企业的知识管理现状的主要方面,提出了评价这些方面的指标。(6)作者针对项目及其母体组织的特点,提出了应当将项目知识管理分为信息收集和传送,以及知识创造两个层面。作者还提出了若干适合于施工企业的具体方法和流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are these characteristics, a unique time and space, labor-intensive, the frequent movement of personnel, in the construction industry, construction companies and project. So the knowledge management in engineering project is worth to research. The purpose is to point out some questions and the reasons, and then make some recommendations or views, and hope that these recommendations will help improve the overall staff and project management capacity and efficiency, and use resources in a more rational method, and make that construction companies can attract, train, retain staffs, to make greater contributions for the harmonious development in our society.So author read a large number of literatures, explore the concept of knowledge and systems in engineering project. Under the project environment, author analysis the main factors and their relationship with each other from the perspective of the subject and object; And put forward the Knowledge Management Ideally in engineering project, a reasonable process and evaluation of results in all aspects; and give some methods of data collection or transmission from the actual work, and introduce and play a theory of knowledge creation, discuss specific practices in theory application; and positive analysis the activities on the quality of the company by the author in person to participate in.Based on the above analysis, the main conclusions reached are as follows: (1) a clear definition and characteristics in engineering project. (2) a clear scope , classification and source in engineering project. (3) author explores the organization process assets and knowledge management ,and believes that the standardized document have practical significance for knowledge management. It can also be a tool in determining the scope of knowledge. author investigates the relations between the storage of knowledge and business archives, and believes that business archives can be enterprise knowledge warehouse storage. (4) author explores the factors related to knowledge management in engineering project, and puts forward 12 major factor ,including dozens of environmental factors important aspect. (5) author builds a relationship model between the factors associated with knowledge management ,on this basis, and gives the definition of knowledge management, the reasonable process and the ideal state in engineering projects, and sums up the situation in construction industry and business where author is, and puts forward the various aspects evaluation of effect. (6) based on the characteristics of its parent organization and project, author holds that knowledge management in engineering projects is divided into the data collection or transmission and knowledge creation, and combines with practical work and puts forward some of the operational methods and process.更多还原
