基于供应链协同的设备备件管理研究

【摘要】 备件管理是企业设备管理工作中的一项重要内容。它直接影响设备的维护、检修、抢修工作,与企业的正常生产和经济效益密切相关。在保证生产需要的前提下,企业应尽量降低备件成本和减少备件储备资金,但备件需求规律性差,随机性强,难于预测。随着科学技术的迅速发展,新技术新成果不断应用于设备,使现代设备向大型化、高速化、流程化、精密化、电子化、柔性化、智能化等发展,设备的某些关键备件也越来越精密、复杂和昂贵。为了能够及时更换破损的备件,减少停机损失,备件的及时供应成为设备管理中的重要课题。本论文研究基于现代供应链管理理论的设备备件协同管理模式。论文从企业备件管理的角度入手,提出了在备件供应商和使用者间建立备件协同管理系统,结合因特网及信息系统搭建企业内部及供应链间信息交换和信息集成平台,实现对设备发生故障的预测和对备件供应的协同控制。对设备备件的需求预测方法进行了分析,利用备件的历史损耗量数据采用贝叶斯方法对备件在未来时间段里的需求量进行预测。考虑到设备备件供应链上的节点众多,本文提出采用协同、预测和补给的库存管理模式。在服务水平和库存再订货点水平的约束下,通过建立库存优化模型及其求解得到满足系统总成本最小和满足给定服务水平的备件供应策略。利用供应链信息集成平台可以较好的进行供应商管理。应用案例表明,基于供应链协同的备件管理具有一定的实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 The spare parts management is an essential content in a business device management work. It is directly influence equipment’s maintenance, the overhaul, the rush repair work, which are closely related with enterprise’s regular production and the economic benefits. On the premise of production needs, enterprise should reduce the cost of spare parts and the reserve fund of them as far as possible. Since the spare parts demand regularity is poor and random, it is hard to forecast precisely. Along with the rapid development of science and technology and the unceasingly application of new technical achievement in the equipment, modern equipment was oriented to the direction of maximization, high-speed, flow process, precise treatment, computerization, flexibility and intellectualization, at the same time some of the equipment’s certain essential spare parts are becoming more and more accurate, complex and expensive. In order to replace the destroyed spare parts promptly and reduce the loss of shutdown, the spare parts JIT supply becomes an important subject in the area of device management. This paper is research on equipment spare parts coordination management pattern based on modern supply chain management theory.Beginning with the angle of enterprise spare parts management, this paper propose to establish the spare parts coordination management system between the spare parts supplier and the user, and unify the Internet and the information system to build the information integration and exchange platform of enterprise and the supply chain, which could realize the breakdown prediction and the coordination control of spare parts supply. The analysis is carried on to the equipment spare parts’ demand forecast method. Understanding the spare parts’ historical breakage data, this paper use the Bayesian theorem to forecast the spare parts’ demand in future time section.Considering the numerous nodes on the supply chain of equipment spare parts, this paper proposes the use of coordination, forecasting and the stock management pattern of supply. Under the constraint of the order point level for the service and the stock, this paper obtains the spare parts supply strategy which satisfied the smallest system total cost and the assigned service level through the establishment of stock optimization model and the solution. It is better to use the supply chain information platform for the supplier management. The application case indicates that the spare parts management has the very good application prospect based on the chain coordinates.
