沉陷区主要环境资源损害GIS可视化评价系统研究

【摘要】 煤矿开采已普遍进入“三下”开采阶段,随着开采强度和开采范围的不断扩大,沉陷区环境资源损害问题越来越受到关注,也成为当前迫切需要解决的技术性难题之一。沉陷区环境资源损害评价是一项综合性强、工作量大、技术难度高的工作,传统的手工分析及计算已远远落后于当今社会发展的需要,同时其计算结果的科学性及合理性难以保证。随着计算机技术的不断发展与广泛应用,大量的新技术逐步被引入开采沉陷领域,本课题借助地理信息系统(GIS)和三维数据场可视化技术手段,进行了沉陷区主要环境资源(建筑物、土地资源)的损害评价研究。(1)沉陷区环境资源损害评价涉及因素众多,评价模型不统一。本文综合分析国内外的相关损害评价理论及标准,并通过沉陷区现场调研,建立了主要环境资源(建筑物、土地资源)损害评价应用模型。(2)引入GIS技术,以ArcGIS 9为操作平台,实现了基于Visual Basic 6.0的AO二次集成开发,结合已构建的评价模型,建立了专门的开采沉陷环境资源损害评价系统,主要针对建筑物、建筑物(区域)、土地资源进行损害评价。(3)开采沉陷环境资源损害评价系统包括添加图层及数据表、生成沉陷预计变形点层、环境资源损害评价、图层与数据表连接等功能,借助以上功能操作,在GIS内部实现环境资源的损害评价计算与可视化分析一体化。(4)选取兖州矿区为评价研究区,针对鲍店煤矿十采区的具体地质采矿条件,进行了评价系统的工程实际应用,该系统完成十采区4.18km~2范围内的建筑物、土地等主要环境资源的损害评价工作耗时约20分钟,相比于传统的评价分析方法,极大地提高了工作效率。(5)详细介绍了建筑物及土地资源的损害评价分析过程,并对评价结果进行了汇总分析,得出十采区其中四个采面(103_上01、103_上03、103_上04和103_上05)开采时的经济赔偿金额为100956555元,通过对环境资源的损害程度及赔偿金额的现场实例校核,认定运用该系统实现的损害评价结果符合矿区实际。数字信息化时代的出现推动“3S”技术渗透到社会的诸多领域,GIS作为“3S”技术的核心,已经为工程技术人员所广泛采用。本文利用该项技术,探索了一种沉陷区主要环境资源损害评价的全新方法,开发了基于GIS的开采沉陷环境资源损害评价系统,提高了评价工作的效率,并实现了评价结果的可视化,解决了传统方法难以完成的技术性课题。此外,本论文研究所应用的技术手段已用于完成建设部科技项目和山东省优秀中青年科学家科研奖励基金资助项目的研究,项目于2009年4月通过鉴定,研究成果受到了中国科学院宋振骐院士,以及来自中国煤炭科学研究总院、中国矿业大学(北京)、中国煤炭科学研究院唐山分院等众多专家的一致好评,认为该项研究技术达到国际领先水平。

【Abstract】 Coal mining has gone into the "three-under" mining stage generally, along with the continuously expansion of mining strength and mining scope, the problem about environment resources damage in subsidence areas has received more and more attention, which has become one of the technical challenges that need to be solved currently. Environment resources damage evaluation in subsidence area is a job which is strong comprehensive, with large workload and high technical difficulty, the traditional manual analysis and computation have far behind the morden social development, the science and rationality of the results are difficult to be guaranteed. Along with the development and widespread application of computer technology, lots of new technologies are introduced into mining subsidence domain gradually, this thesis carries out the research work of main environment resources (buildings,land resources) damage evaluation with the aid of Geographical Information System(GIS) and Three Dimension -al Data Field Visualization.(1) Environment resources damage evaluation in subsidence area refers to many factors,and the evaluation models are various. This thesis generally analyzes the domestic and foreign theories and standards, through site investigation in subsidence area, eatablished the damage evaluation application models of main environment resources(buildings,land resources).(2) The thesis introduces GIS technology, takes ArcGIS 9 as service platform, realizes the AO quadratic integration development based on Visual Basic 6.0,establishes the special mining subsidence environment resources damage evaluation system with the evaluation models, mainly aims at the damage evaluation of buildings, building regions and land resources.(3) Mining subsidence environment resources damage evaluation system includes several functions,such as adding layers and data sheets,production of subsidence prediction deformation points Iayer,environment resources damage evaluation, connecti -on of layers and data sheets, with the aid of above functions,realize the integration of damage evaluation computation and visualization analysis inside GIS.(4) Selecting Yanzhou mining area as the evaluation study area, in view of the Baodian coal mine tenth working area’s concrete geological mining conditions, evaluation system’s project practical application is carried out. This system costs about 20 minutes to complete the damage evaluation of main environment resources, such as buildings, land resources,which are in the scope of 4.18km~2 in the tenth working area.Compared with the traditional evaluation anlysis methods,the system raises the working efficiency greatly.(5) The damage evaluation and analysis process is introduced in detail, and the results are compiled and analyzed, the economic compensation amount is 100956555 yuan when the four picked working faces of the tenth working area are exploited. Through the environment resources’ extent of damage and amount of compensation’s site example examination, the results are realized to accord with the mining area reality.The emergement of digital information age promotes "3S" technology to seep into many social domains, as the technical core of "3S", GIS has been widely used by the engineers and technicians. This thesis uses this technology to explore a new method of main environment resources damage evaluation in subsidence areas ,and develop the mining subsidence environment resources damage evaluation system based on GIS, which can raise the evaluation exercise efficiency, realize the visualization of results, solve the technical problem which is difficult for the traditional methods. In addition,the technology means applied by this thesis have been used to complete the research of science and technology project of ministry of construction and outstanding young and middle-aged scientists research reward fund financial aid project of Shandong province, Which passed appraisal in April,2009. The research results received consistent high praises of several experts, such as, academician Song Zhenqi from Chinese Academy of Sciences, experts from China Coal Research Institute, China University of Mining&Technology, Beijing, China Coal Research Institute Tangshan Branch and so on. The research technology is realized to achieve international leading level.
