储运管理数字化信息系统应用研究

【摘要】 储运管理数字化信息系统是指通过对生产运行参数的实时采集和生产状态的实时监控,实现信息共享,优化资源配置,实时监测生产运行状态,为储运生产管理指挥人员提供及时、准确、高度集成的生产运行信息。本文分析研究了大庆油田的储运生产数据管理现状,以及基于现有管理现状急需解决的管理问题。在此基础上,设计建立了适于储运管理的数字化信息系统模式,该系统由以下四个部分组成:数据采集系统、信息管理系统、网络通信系统、终端显示系统。该系统建成后可实现对油库生产状态的实时监测、实现外输管线的自动监测、实现储运生产系统动静态数据的实时查询、实现计量自动化管理功能等。本文提出了储运管理数字化信息系统的系统组成和系统逻辑图,完成了储运系统工作平台的功能设计。

【Abstract】 The Digital Information System of Storage and Transportation Management refers to realizing information sharing, resources distribution optimized, and real-time production running state monitored through the real-time acquisition of production running parameter and the real-time monitor of production running state, which can provide timely, accurate and highly integrated production running information for storage and transportation management commanding staff.The paper analyzes and studies the current situation of storage and transportation production data management of Daqing Oilfield and the administrative problems to be solved urgently. Based on this, the Digital Information System of Storage and Transportation Management is designed. The system consists of four parts: data acquisition system, information management system, network communication system, and terminal display system. When the system is established, it can achieve many functions, such as the real-time monitor of oil depot production state, automatic monitor of output pipelines, real-time query of the dynamic and static data of storage and transportation production system, and realizing automatic management of measurement.The paper proposes the implementation plan and logic diagram of the Digital Information System of Storage and Transportation Management, and completes the function design of Storage and Transportation Working Platform.
