集中供热远程监控系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 该论文的任务是研制开发一套供热运行监测系统。目的是实现物业管理公司对各辖小区供热系统的运行状况参数实现实时集中监测,以达到更好的调控供热系统的运行状态,改善供热效果。论文首先研究了监测系统,进而对集中供热远程监测系统做了深入的探讨,在此基础上设计了供热远程监控系统总体的方案。本监控系统采用分布式控制系统,以PLC构成系统底层的控制站,应用组态软件构成系统的操作站,完成数据采集、控制、显示,以及报表打印功能。在此基础上,建立基于Web的远程监控系统。并对远程监控系统的实现技术特别是无线数传通讯——GPRS通讯作了探讨。应用紫金桥组态软件6.0设计了本系统的监控软件,搭建了软件框架,完成了图形界面、实时数据库系统、趋势图及报表设计等模块的功能设计。其中实时数据库系统是整个软件设计的重点和难点。整个系统人机对话方便简洁,系统构成灵活,具有较好的通用性和工程推广性。

【Abstract】 This paper duty is the development a set of heating movements monitor system. The goal is realizing the estate management company respectively to govern movement condition parameter of the plot heating system, realize real-time centralism monitor, and achieve the better regulative heating system the running status, and improves heating effect. The paper has first studied the monitor system, then made the all whole thorough discussion for the long-distance centralism heating monitor system, and designed the overall plan in this foundation for the heating long-distance supervisory system.The monitoring system introduced in this paper adopted distributing structure, realized data monitoring and process controlling implemented by the PLC system, realized data displaying, supervising of whole craftwork and control system and report forms printing implemented by configuration software. In the basis of the above system, established the remote monitoring system and discussed the realizing technique of remote monitoring system,such as GPRS.Author designed configuration software with RealBridge configuration software 6.0, built the frame of software, and completed the function. The software package consists of the following parts: Graphics configuration software, real-time database system, report form and so on. According to this construction model, author developed each part and realized the functions. Having friendly MMI, good flexibility, the whole system is worth to popularize.
