【摘要】 自主创新能力是关系着企业生存和发展的关键,自主创新成为发展中国家石油企业提升核心竞争力的中心环节,开始受到人们的普遍关注。加强石油企业的自主创新能力对提高油田经济效益,为石油企业创造更高的价值,促进石油企业战略目标的实现,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地具有重要的现实意义。本论文的研究目的是深入了解自主创新理论与石油企业的核心竞争力问题,选择科学的评价方法,建立合理的指标体系,为评价石油企业自主创新能力提供分析工具。对通过加强自主创新能力,提升石油企业的核心竞争力提出行之有效的对策建议。本文在对企业自主创新理论与核心竞争力理论的发展历程和目前国内外学者对二者的内涵、特征、构成要素等进行综述的基础上,综合运用经济学、管理学和层次分析的方法,对自主创新理论与核心竞争力的基本概念与相关理论进行归纳总结,分析二者之间的辩证关系,围绕通过自主创新提高石油企业核心竞争力这一主线,从石油企业的运作模式出发,分别从原始创新、技术合作和引进消化吸收再创新三个方面入手,提出了石油企业自主创新模式和路径的选择,探索石油企业如何通过自主创新提高核心竞争力。在此基础上,将理论研究与实际相结合,对大庆油田如何通过自主创新提高核心竞争力进行实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ability of autonomous innovation is the key of enterprise survival and the development. Autonomous innovation has been a central link of improving the core competitive power of petroleum enterprise in developing countries and has aroused people’s concern gradually. Strengthening self-directed innovation capability of the petroleum enterprise has the important practical significance to increase economic benefits for oil field, create more value, promote the petroleum enterprise to realize the strategic target, and make enterprise keep an indefectible position in the fierce market competition.The research aim of this thesis is to further understand innovation theory and petroleum enterprise’s core competitive ability choosen scientific evaluation method, build a reasonable evaluation index system, and provide analysis tools for evaluation of petroleum enterprises’ autonomous innovation ability. Then it puts forward effective countermeasures to enhance the petroleum enterprise core competence through strengthening self-directed innovation capability.Based on the development of enterprises autonomous innovation theory and the core competence theory and research on the connotation, features and factors of both domestic and overseas scholars, comprehensively use the economics, management and hierarchical analysis method to summarize the autonomous innovation theory and basic concepts and theories of the core competence, analysis the dialectic relationship between autonomous innovation and the core competence. Around the main idea of improving petroleum enterprise’s core competence by autonomous innovation, provide the mode and path of oil enterprise’s autonomous innovation and explore how to enhance petroleum enterprise’s core competence by autonomous innovation from three aspects that is the original innovation, technical cooperation and introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation. On this basis, combine theoretical research and practical to make an empirical analysis of how to improve core competence by autonomous innovation in Daqing oilfield.更多还原
