大庆石油学院供热系统改造研究

【摘要】 供热工程技术是以促进人类居住的舒适性、健康性、保护地球环境、有效的利用能源为原则而不断取得进步的。在整个供热系统工程中,供热管网是其中的连接纽带,起着至关重要的作用,因此对于供热管网的设计就显得格外关键。供热管网是复杂的流体网络系统,其运行工况受工作条件、环境和施工等多方面影响。水力失调是供热管网普遍存在的现象,如何克服水力失调,实现供热管网的水力平衡,从而改善供热质量,提高管网的经济性、可靠性和安全性,是供热行业所面临的问题。导致供热状态、采暖效果不好的因素较为复杂,既有供热管网水力失调导致供热失衡的因素,也有单体围护结构耗热量大、供热系统热负荷偏低、供热系统运行参数达不到要求的因素。因此,当某一供热管网出现供热失衡时,不能单纯以一个因素作为定论,而应综合考虑,从根本上解决问题。本论文针对大庆石油学院供热管网供热失衡、供热效果普遍不好的问题进行了设计和分析研究工作。由于3#换热站供热区域(三期学生公寓、二期学生公寓)的供热效果具有较强的代表性,在设计过程中,从三期公寓入手,首先对单体建筑的供暖系统进行校核计算,再进行供热管网的水力计算,并结合实测数据进行综合对比,其次对供热系统进行了局部调节,讨论了管道的敷设、保温、防腐及其他相关附件。最后对整个外网进行分析,找出了热网失调的原因,对所在区域提出整改方案,对供热管网进行流体网络分析,对大庆石油学院供热管网系统改造中采用小口径节流技术和采用平衡阀进行了技术性比较。依据本文研究成果,以大庆石油学院三期公寓为实例,对系统进行了水力计算,同时提出具体的改造方案,在工程应用上具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Heating engineering technology have progressed continuously based on promoting the comfort, health, the protection of earth environment and the effective utilization of energy of human residence. The heating network which plays a particularly important role is the connection tie of the whole heating system engineering. So it is critical to the design of the heating network.The heating network is a complex fluid network system, whose the run condition is affected by many aspects such as working condition, environment,construction. Hydraulic disorder is the common phenomenon in the heating network, so the problem facing the heating industry is how to overcome hydraulic disorder, realizes the hydraulic balance of the heating network that improves the heating quality, increase the economy, reliability and safety of pipe network.The factors that cause heating state and heating effect are complex, which are the factors that the hydraulic disorder of pipe network results in the heating imbalance, the heat consumption of monomer envelope is large and the heat load of heating system is lower, as well as the operation parameters of heating system can’t meat demand. Therefore, when a certain heating network has appeared the problem that the heating imbalance, it is not simply a factor as verdict, but should be comprehensively considered that overcome the problem fundamentally.This paper designs and analyses the problems of heating imbalance in daqing petroleum institute heating network and heating effect that unsatisfactory generally. Because of the heating effect of three periods student apartment is stronger representative, in the process of design, this paper takes the three periods student apartment for example. This paper first conducted the check calculation for the heating system of single building, and then made the local regulatory about heating system and discussed the laying, insulation and anticorrosion of pipeline and other related correlation. Finally, it analyzed the whole external network, the reason of external network was found, and the improving plan was put forward in its regional. At the end, this paper used the fluid network to anglicize the heating network and made economic comparison of using small caliber throttle technology and using balance valve in the heating network system transformation of daqing petroleum institute.According to the research results of this paper, exemplified by three periods student apartment of daqing petroleum institute, as example the hydraulic calculation of system was carried out and the concrete modification scheme was putted forward, which has the guiding significance in engineering application.
