E公司的物流整合改革

【摘要】 多集团公司的物流整合是继跨地区销售、跨地区采购后又一个重要的利润来源,是发展趋势,也是一个非常困难的课题。目前全球只有极少数多集团公司做到了完全的物流整合,而E公司是物流整合化程度较高的一家。本文论述了E公司借助信息技术在五年里所进行的全球物流整合改革,分析了改革的原因,所遇到的困难,如何克服困难,推行改革,所取得的成果(巨大的成本节约,更高效的供应链管理,低库存水平,高现金流等),以及值得思考的部分。本文所应用的理论包括企业重组,企业整合,流程再造,供应链管理,外包,物流管理的等理论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics Integration among multi-group company is another key profit area , besides purchase and sales cross different regions. It is the trend of logistics development , and a hard topic as well. Currently fully logistics integration happens in the small number of enterprises, company E is a little better position.This thesis introduces how Company E implemented logistics integration with the great help from information technology , analyze the reason for innovation, issues and problems encountered , how to overcome them, implement the innovation. What is the achievement , like huge cost saving in logistics spending, more efficient supply chain management, low level inventory, high cash flow), and the points need to be improved.Enterprise reorganization, Enterprise integration, Business Process Reengineering, supply chain management, outsource, logistics integration and management theories are applied in this thesis.更多还原
