基于CAN总线的智能压路机控制及故障诊断系统的研究及其工程实现

【摘要】 本文来源于“863”重大专项“基于转运车的机群智能化工程机械及信息化制造”(2003AA430020)中智能压路机控制系统研究开发。智能压路机往往集液压技术、计算机技术、微电子技术、传感与测试技术于一体,其技术的先进性和结构的复杂性大大增加了维修难度。本文在前期工作的基础上继续就智能振动压路机控制系统进行研究,通过现场调试进一步完善了控制程序,并且根据智能振动压路机结构及原理,对构建故障诊断系统主要方法的比较,建造了神经网络与专家系统相结合的智能振动压路机智能故障诊断系统,实现了对智能振动压路机常见故障的诊断。论文主要讨论了结合CAN总线技术对YZC12Z型智能压路机的控制系统及智能故障诊断系统的加载与现场调试。
【Abstract】 This paper derives from the research and development of control system of intelligent road roller in "863" project. Sometimes, intelligent road roller combines hydraulic technique, computer technique, microelectronic technique, and sensing and testing techniques in one, so the advanced technology and the complex structure add greatly to the difficulty of repair.This paper continues to study and improve the control system of intelligent vibratory road roller on the base of former study. In the same time intelligent fault diagnosis system of vibratory road roller which consists of neural network and expert system is built in this paper by analysis of structure and principle of vibratory road roller and comparison of main methods of building fault diagnosis system, this system can diagnose usual fault of vibratory road roller. In this paper, according to CAN bus technology, analysis mechanism of YZC12Z intelligent road roller, realization of technology of the control system and the intelligent fault diagnosis system, and loading and debugging of the control system and the intelligent fault diagnosis system are discussed in this paper.
