【摘要】 本文中心围绕我国公路建设融资模式的演变过程、现阶段公路建设资金来源分析及预测、公路建设融资模式的创新等三个问题展开。运用公路有关基本理论知识和公路融资有关理论,根据我国公路建设的实际情况出发,对我国公路建设成就及未来发展目标分析对比、对我国现阶段公路建设融资模式分析的基础上,指出当前我国公路建设发展中所存在的资金短缺,并预测了公路建设各种资金来源的发展趋势等,提出完善的方法和建议,同时进一步提出新的公路建设融资模式。开展对公路建设融资模式的研究,是我国实现公路持续健康发展的要求,是交通部门转变管理职能的要求,是加强公路建设市场监管,为社会提供良好交通服务的要求。本文通过深入研究公路发展中融资模式的演变过程,预测了未来的发展方向并提出了新的融资模式,有助于多渠道的探索、解决公路建设资金矛盾,对于科学规范地加快引导各种资金进入公路建设领域,实现我国公路建设跨越式发展有着重要意义;同时对于丰富、完善公路建设融资方面的理论研究有一定积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper arranged around the three problems: the pattern development of fund-raising in our country road constructure、the analysis and forecing about the fund source in our country road construction now、bringing forth new of pooling funds in our country road. Firstly, using the theory about road and road financing theory, according to the realistic road construction, on the basis of the analyzing and comparing the achievements and the aim of road construction、the paper firstly points out the problems of the road construction fund shortage and forecing every fund source. Secondly, provides us with the way and suggestion of improving. Finally, the paper foresees the trend about ways of our road construct.Carrying on the studying the financing of road construction is for the three purposes. The first is for the last development of our road construction. The second is for transportation distribution to transfer their management function. The third is for enlancing the market place of road construction supervisement and finally to supply the whole society with good service. Pentrating into the evolution of the financing pattern of the road development in our country, the paper predicts the future financing directure and provides with new pattern. The paper helps us in the next three sides. Firstly, it will helps us to further study and solve the road construction fund in every way. Secondly, it will helps to speed up the more fund into our country road construction realm regularly. Thirdly, it will helps our road construction to stride. Meanwhile, it will helps to enrich and perfect the theory about road construction financing in some extent.更多还原
