汽车检测站可行性研究关键问题解决方法的建立与应用

【摘要】 近年来,随着车辆保有量的增加及汽车检测站宏观管理体系的变化,检测需求量及检测服务类型日益增多,一方面为新建汽车检测站提供了机遇,另一方面也为在用汽车检测站提出了升级改造的要求。研究与解决好汽车检测站建设、升级改造的规划、决策问题,对于推动汽车检测行业的健康发展具有重要的意义。本文以陕西省汽车检测站迁址新建工程可行性研究为背景,对可行性研究中涉及到的4类关键问题包括检测需求预测、检测设备选型、检测车间布局、项目经济评价等进行了探讨,提出了相应的解决方法,并进行了示范应用。本文首先根据检测需求的特点,提出了汽车检测站检测需求预测的基本方法,并在实地调查和收集历史数据的基础上,运用多元回归法和三次指数平滑法对陕西省汽车检测站的年检测量进行了预测,并据此确定了建设规模;接着本文提出了设备选型思路,建立了基于AHP的模糊设备选型模型,解决了汽车检测站设备选型的问题;进而,研究了检测车间设备平面布局,提出了以工位为基本单元的设备平面布局思想,详细阐述了检测工位的布局原则、检测工位的通道形式及工位路线,据此设计了省站检测车间设备平面布局图;最后,本文讨论了汽车检测站工程项目的经济评价内容,比较分析了经济评价指标计算的技术方法问题,并导入Excel方法对经济评价指标进行了计算,实例计算表明用Excel来计算经济指标易用、快速、方便、准确。本文所提出的汽车检测站可行性研究关键问题的解决方法与思路,在陕西省汽车检测站工程可行性研究中得到应用,结果表明上述方法具有较好的有效性和实际工程应用价值,对于其它汽车检测站的规划建设亦具有一定的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the increasement of the automobile inventory and the change of the automotive test station’s management system,the requirement of inventory and the sorts of automobile services are also getting more and more.That not only supply the opportunities to the new-founded automotive test station,but also put forward the update demand to it.The research and the slovement concerning with how to solve the problem of the construction of the automotive test station,the plan of the update and the decision-making have a great signification to the automotive test field’s developing with healthness.This article took the Shanxi automotive test station as the background, discussed four significate problems concerning with the Feasibility study, including the prediction of the inspection demand,the choosement of the inspection devices,the layout of the inspection workshop and the economy appraisal of the project,put forward the method to solve it ,and showed the model application.In the beginning of this article put forward the basic inspection method in terms of automotive test station’s demand,and at the basic of fieldwork and historical data predicted the quantity of inspection under the method of regression method and cubic exponential smoothing.This article also established the model of blur selection of equipments and solved the selection of equipments problem.Furthermore,it also researched the layout of the inspection workshop , put forward the the method taking the work position of inspection for the basic element,and maked a particular statement of the principle of the layout,the format of the corridor and the path of the work position of inspecting ,with which the plane layout of the inspecting workshop has been designed.At end,this article disscussed the contents concerning with the economy appraisal of automotive test station,compared the technical problem for the economy appraisal calculation,and calculated it with the method of inducting the Excel.The actual calculation shows that it is easy,fast,convenient and accurate in Excel.The slove method which this article put forward has been applied ins the feasibility study for Shanxi automotive test station.The result indicates that the method above has the better validity and the worthness for the actual project,and also has some useness for reference for other automotive test station.
