重载交通沥青路面受力机理及结构组合设计

【摘要】 随着国民经济的不断发展和公路运输事业的发展,我国运输车辆中大型重载车辆的比重不断增加。重载交通造成了路面累计当量轴次急剧增加,大幅度减少路面的使用寿命;造成了疲劳开裂、车辙、剪切推移等形式的早期破坏,降低了路面的使用寿命和服务水平。本文针对目前重载交通的现状,调查分析重载交通下沥青路面的常见病害,以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工具,运用三维空间有限元位移法,定量分析了重载车辆对沥青路面的路表弯沉、结构应力的影响,论证重载车辆对沥青路面结构的破坏作用。通过对路面结构改变材料参数,计算路面结构基层层底拉应力以及弯沉值,分析得出影响路面结构的敏感性参数。并根据重载交通路面的常见病害和受力特性,在分析了路面结构组合设计原则的基础上,结合重载交通路面本身的特点,提出了适宜于重载交通的沥青路面基本结构。
【Abstract】 With the development of national economy and road transportation, more and more overlord vehicles are operating on road. Overload traffic causes the distresses such as fatigue cracking, rutting, slippage etc, accordingly shorten the service life of asphalt pavement and worsens its performance lever.Based on the current status of the heavy traffic, the common diseases of asphalt pavement is surveyed under heavy traffic. finite element analysis software ANSYS as a tool for the use of 3D finite element displacement method, the road asphalt pavement deflection and structural stress of heavy vehicles was analyzed Quantitative. Demonstrate the asphalt pavement structure destructive under Heavy vehicles. Through the change of rode structural material parameters, calculated pavement structure grassroots bottom stress and deflection value, analysis the sensitivity parameters which impact the pavement structure. Based on the common disease and the characteristics of stress of Heavy traffic, analysis of the pavement structure design portfolio on the basis of the principles, with its own characteristics of Heavy road traffic, this paper raised the basic structure of asphalt pavement which is Suitable for the heavy traffic.
