改性淀粉絮凝剂的制备及其应用

【摘要】 本文在对国内外改性淀粉絮凝剂研究应用的基础上,自行研制了一种高分子絮凝剂——改性淀粉絮凝剂CSF,并用改性淀粉絮凝剂CSF对含油废水和印染废水的处理进行了研究。制备CSF采用来源广泛、价格便宜的玉米淀粉。通过将玉米淀粉与氢氧化钠、三氯化铝和无水碳酸钠在恒温磁力搅拌器上搅拌、加热,使得玉米淀粉改性,得到改性淀粉絮凝剂CSF。本试验中CSF的最佳合成比例为:玉米淀粉:氢氧化钠:三氯化铝:碳酸钠:自来水为11:0.9:0.8:1.5:267。在此条件下得到4%的改性淀粉絮凝剂CSF。CSF与PAM处理含油废水和印染废水的对比试验结果显示,改性淀粉絮凝剂CSF的絮凝效果优于聚丙烯酰胺PAM。试验中CSF处理的含油废水的结果为:COD去除率为77.94%、石油类去除率为61.2%、透光率为62.7%、SS去除率为79.96%;CSF处理印染废水处理废水的结果为:COD去除率为74%;脱色率为91%。本试验针对所采用的实验废水得出CSF的最佳使用条件为:处理含油废水最佳投药量为12mg/L、处理印染废水最佳投药量为10mg/L、适宜的温度为5℃~30℃、PH值的范围在6~8之间。搅拌速度与时间分别为快搅速度200r/min,快搅时间0.5min;慢搅速度100r/min,慢搅时间3min。处理含油废水在达到相同处理效果(COD的去除率都达到72.3%)的情况下,处理一吨含油废水所用的絮凝剂CSF和PAM的成本分别为0.008元和0.17元。处理一吨含油废水,絮凝剂CSF比PAM要节省0.162元。因此,改性淀粉CSF比絮凝剂PAM更经济,比较容易推广应用。

【Abstract】 On the basis of researching on the mechanism and application of modified starchflocculant, we fabricate a kind of macromolecule organic flocculant--modified starchflocculant CSF. And we made some research on the results of using modified starch flocculant CSF for the oil wastewater treatment and dyeing wastewater treatment.The raw material of CSF is corn starch, which is extensive and cheap. After stirring and heating the mixture of corn starch, NaOH, AlCl3 and Na2CO3, the characteristic of corn starch is modified, then we get the modified starch flocculant CSF. The optimum composing proportion is that corn starch: NaOH: AlCl3 : Na2CO3 : water =11: 0.9: 0.8: 1.5: 267.Under this condition, we can get the 4% modifid starch flocculant CSF.The effect of using CSF and PAM for oil wastewater and dyeing wastewater treatment are compared. The results show that CSF’s flocculating effects is better than PAM’s. And with regard to the oil wastewater, the remove rate of COD, oil, light accrossing, and SS is 77.94%, 61.2%, 62.7%, 79.96%, respectively; to the dyeing wastewater, the remove rate of COD and chroma is 74%, 91%, respectively.According to the results of flocculating experiment, we conclude that the optimum reaction condition of CSF is that the optimum amount used for the oil wastewater treatment is 12mg/L, the optimum amount used for the dyeing wastewater treatment is 10mg/L, the optimum temperature is 5℃~30℃, the range of PH is between 6 and 8, the speed and time of stirring is respectively that the fast stirring speed is 200r/min and the fast stirring time is 30s, the slow stirring speed is 100 r/min and the slow stirring time is 3min.On the condition of getting a same effect of oil wastewater treatment (the ratio of COD disposal is 72.3%), the total cost of adopting the flocculant CSF and PAM to treat one ton oil wastewater is 0.008 yuan and 0.17 yuan, respectively. In other word, the flocculant CSF will save 0.162 yuan when we treat one ton oil wastewater. So the modified starch flocculant CSF is more economical than flocculant PAM and it is more useful and easier to popularize.
