旧路改建沥青加铺层结构分析研究

【摘要】 随着旧路改建项目比例的增加,如何对沥青混凝土加铺层结构进行有效而又简便的分析越来越重要。目前国内外对沥青加铺层的设计指标研究仍然处于探索阶段,还没有形成完整的体系。本文在前人研究的基础上,借鉴国内外对旧路改建和新建路结构分析和设计指标的研究成果,对沥青加铺层的典型结构和各自特点进行了系统、深入的理论分析,打破了传统的使用沥青路面和水泥路面对旧路改建进行划分的方式,建立了适用于沥青加铺层旧路改建的新体系,并确立了适用于这个新体系的设计验算指标。对沥青加铺层下为非板体的结构,采用沥青加铺层层底拉应变和非板体下卧层顶面压应变为设计验算指标。采用经典的弹性层状体系理论,对沥青加铺层下卧层为非板体的结构,针对其典型特征分别考虑主要影响因素,计算分析了沥青加铺层层底拉应变和下卧层顶面压应变,验证了设计指标。对沥青加铺层下为板体的结构,采用加铺沥青层后对荷载应力和温度应力的影响分析为设计依据。使用有限元分析方法,考虑旧水泥板模量和厚度、新加铺沥青层厚度以及荷载大小等因素,对加铺沥青层后的水泥混凝土板荷载应力和温度应力进行了计算分析。研究得到了沥青加铺层对荷载应力的影响系数图。
【Abstract】 With the increase of old pavement reconstruction, it is more and more important to analyze the structure of asphalt overlay simply and effectively.Now the study on the design criteria of asphalt overlay is still at the groping phase and has not been an integrated system at home and abroad . Basing on the previous results, the production of the structure analysis and the design criteria on reconstruction of old pavement and new pavement is referenced. The typical structures of asphalt overlay and their features are analyzed systemly and in-depthly. Traditional manner of dividing old pavement reconstruction with asphalt pavement and concrete pavement is broken and the new system and relevant design indices is built.For the structure of non-slabs underlayer, the compression Strain of asphalt overlay bottom and top surface tension strain of non-slabs are used for design indices. In allusion to the typical feature and influencing factor of structure of asphalt underlayer, the classical elastic layer system theory was used to analyse the compression Strain of asphalt overlay bottom and top surface tension strain of underlayer, and the design indices are tested. At the same time the influencing analysis on the load and temperature stress is used for the design principle of structure of deck under asphalt layer. For the structure of concrete slab or rigid base under asphalt layer, the finite element analysis is used and the feature of old concrete slab modulus, thickness of new asphalt layer and load are considered. The load and temperature stress of concrete slab after constructing asphalt overlay are computed. The influencing modulus picture of load stress from asphalt layer is acquired.
